Hey Nat! If you’re still doing headcanons, could I request some soft Mahito hcs? I’m just a lonely chubby girl who wants the evil man to change only for me lol😂

♡ Mahito thinks of his favourite human as a treasured pet. He doesn’t really understand the concept of ‘love’, but he certainly understands both the concept of want and the concept of fondness; and he is full of both of those things for you. He is rather like a child with a pet; he wants to be near you at all times, he wants to be touching you when he can, he wants to merely soak up your presence and stare at you and wonder about all of those little things that make you you. 

♡ He’s extremely affectionate with people he likes. He’s the kind of person who will simply flop onto your lap and wrap his arms around your neck, demanding you play with his hair. He likes the easy intimacy of things like holding hands, rubbing your noses together, petting and stroking you, resting his head on your shoulder - you can be sure that he’ll be touching you somewhere whenever the two of you are together. 

♡ He’s full of questions about you; he’s chatty at the best of times, but when it’s someone he wants to know more about, he honestly will not shut up. He wants to know everything about you! He wants to know your favourite things, your entire history, your least favourite things, and everything in between - and it’s cute, too, how interested he is. The look of fascination in his eyes when you talk to him. He remembers everything you say; he’s a deeply appreciative audience. 

♡ He watches a lot of movies, reads a lot of books; since the two of you began . . . whatever it is the two of you have, he’s gotten a very deep interest in romance. Sometimes he tries to mimic the things he sees or reads, to see if you respond in the same way as the love interest, his smile bright and wide if you do. It’s kind of charming, to have this terrifying curse spouting off a speech you recognise from a trashy teen movie about how you’re the only one for him. 

♡ He likes being near you. He seems to feed off of your presence; pressing against you, even if he’s doing his own thing. He enjoys existing in the same plane as you. Both of you reading books with your heads resting on one another, or you doing work whilst he’s leaning with his head in your lap. Every so often he’ll demand a kiss (or two, or three). He just likes you reminding him that you’re his. 

♡ He has a fascination with photographs of you; he doesn’t show up in them himself, but if you bought him a Polaroid camera to take photos of you with he would be bothering you constantly. He likes being able to look back at every expression you make and commit them to memory. He keeps them all somewhere safe in your house and looks at them more often than he’d really like to admit.

lately i’ve been thinking about just tracing over mahito’s stitches and planting little kisses along them. just to watch him melt because he’s never really experienced any type of affection before

like maybe you’re watching him do something, and he’s shirtless, leaving the scars on for display. you’re watching him very intently, and he doesn’t notice at first, focused on his task. but then he sees you in his peripheral vision, and back tracks a little, twisting his head and quirking an eyebrow, looking at you with a confused yet teasing expression, and asks, “what are you doing?” 

and you shrug and go, “admiring,” like it’s an obvious answer. 

he’s still confused, but as amused as ever, and shakes his head with a soft smile on his face. “what are you admiring?” he wonders, and he expects everything but the feel of your fingers and lips tracing the skin of his arm. 

you lean in closer to him, trailing with your lips higher and higher, kissing along the stitches, your fingers hovering and tickling his skin. with every touch, his skin burns alive, a gentle thrum in his veins racing after your lips. his gaze is fixed on you, on the way you trail higher, so soft, so gentle, like he’s made of glass. 

when your eyes meet his, you smile and respond, “just your pretty self,” before grabbing his face gently, and kissing at the scars that are scattered there, and mahito can’t help but shudder, completely succumbing to you. 

“okay,” he sighs, and leans into you, eyes fluttering shut. okay, he decides, because this, this is truly magical.

could I be niche and request hcs for Gojo, Nanami and Geto meeting a potential s/o's very large and goofy but protective dog? (I would ask for Mahito too because I LOVE HIM but I feel it would be VERY unwise to let him within 100ft of an animal you care about)

♡ I know you said that you didn’t think it would be wise to ask about Mahito’s reactions, but . . . in the light novel, he follows a stray cat for a while (as well as following interesting-looking clouds) and doesn’t do anything untoward to the cat. I think Mahito has a lot more respect for animals than he does for most people - and he’s immediately interested in your dog. You’ll be surprised that the dog seems to like Mahito too - generally, if a dog sees a curse, it will bark at it - but Mahito is smiling and you have your guard down around him so your dog sees him as a friend. Mahito is immediately on his knees ruffling your dog’s fur and talking to it like it is a dear old friend (Mahito isn’t the kind to talk down to dogs). When the curse looks at you, his eyes are shining and bright, and your heart does a funny little flip because a creature like Mahito should not be so godddamn adorable. 

♡ Gojo loves animals. He’s delighted when your dog comes bounding up to him to give him a once-over, and check that he’s a Safe Man to have around their beloved human! Gojo has immediately whipped out his phone to take a hundred pictures and send them to everybody on his contact list (this photo is enjoyed more than some of Gojo’s other attachments). Gojo can be a little like an over-enthusiastic puppy himself sometimes - and as Gojo is pulling at your arm, asking if you can take your dog for a walk together, you wonder if perhaps in dating Gojo you’re not just adopting another large, goofy dog - and when Gojo wraps his arm around your waist when the two of you are out, you mentally add to the list that it seems your hopefully future boyfriend is going to be just as protective as you as your dog. 

♡ Nanami is more of a cat man. Dogs tend to be a little too much for him - but he’s nothing if not polite, so he kneels on one knee to politely greet your dog and is immediately licked on the fact and toppled onto his back whilst your dog asserts that they are your protector. Nanami allows this to happen, because he is not going to antagonise your dog - but when the licking is over and Nanami is permitted to straighten up, he very seriously tells your dog that he has no ill intentions with you. You occasionally catch Nanami smiling when your dog does something adorable - a lolling tongue, rolling a tennis ball over to you as if they’re asking you to play. Nanami softens a lot towards the dog as time goes on - and sometimes, he brings you treats from your favourite bakery shaped like cute dog faces, and he always remembers to pick up something special for the dog too. He’s very sappy, at his core.�� 

♡ Geto is a little cautious. You might have to assure him that your dog is friendly - it’s not that he’s scared of it, exactly, but . . . large, goofy dogs are a little bit out of his remit. This is another man who’s slightly more likely to want a cat. He’s not going to be outright ignoring your dog, but until he’s a little more comfortable he’s not going to be trying to get your dog to come lay their head on his lap. Especially if your dog is all in front of your legs, protecting you, threatening to topple him over. You don’t see Geto and your dog get along all at once, but the more he seems to come over, the more the dog seems to give into him - laying a head on his knee, whining at him to play ball, even being more excited to see Geto sometimes than you.
