This marks the last day of the ship week for everyone. Although I didn't do much here, I thank @st1ckart1zt for creating this prompt.

Now on to the scenario:

"This just in, we have just reported a SCP-610 incursion happening in a local village near FOB Alpha, particularly some Sarkic cultists have decided to establish a foothold there. As such, MTF Alpha-60 designated "Heavy Hitters" along with some Government volunteers have been sent behind enemy lines in order to eliminate the threat from the inside. Meanwhile, MTF Nu-7 designated "Hammer Down" has been assigned to provide artillery support, while MTF Epsilon-9 designated "Fire Eaters" are given a mission to take down any hostile SCP-610 instances they see on sight. We hope to see this Joint Ops mission result in a success."

For their mission, both Charles and Victoria are assigned to escort a E-9 Cremator in incinerating a infested portion of the village containing the SCP-610 instances there.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ has free permission to roam its designated site. SCP-████ should not be allowed access to SCPs higher than its personnel level. SCP-████ is to be allowed Level 4 personnel privileges. These privileges are to be immediately revoked should SCP-████ show any signs of aggression or hostility towards the foundation or fellow personnel. SCP-████ is to reside in a foundation monitored apartment in ████, one (1) mile away from Site-██. SCP-████ must report to Site-██ everyday at ████. In the event that it does not report to Site-██ at the mandated time, it must be swiftly located and questioned immediately about its absence.

SCP-████’s location should be monitored at all times via a tracker embedded in a specialised collar. If SCP-████ is ever found to have removed its collar for a non-foundation approved reason, its privileges are to be revoked and it is to be re-contained.

In the event that SCP-████ becomes hostile, MTF Epsilon-9 (“Fire Eaters”) are to be deployed and used to corral SCP-████ into a standard humanoid anomaly cell.

SCP-████ has been serving the foundation since June/19/1999.

Description: SCP-████ has the appearance of a middle aged woman of mixed-race with curly brown hair.SCP-████ is composed of micro-organisms that bond together to mimic a humanoid body. These microorganisms are capable of flight, flight patterns resembling those of /rhopalocera/(butterflies). This “schooling” could be a possible survival mechanism to scare predators or mimic human behaviour for reasons unknown.

Individually the organisms that make up SCP-████ do not possess any degree of intelligence or sentience. When SCP-████ is damaged, the organisms begin to replicate themselves at high speeds to replace the lost members. The organisms have a high resistance to sharp objects, blunt force trauma, projectiles and asphyxiation, though they are weak to fire.

SCP-████ has no blood or bodily fluids, X-rays of its body only show mass amounts of dots in the shape of a humanoid. SCP-████ emits an unknown form of non-ionizing radiation that has yet to be identified, though it does not have any effect on humans whatsoever.

SCP-████’s humanoid form claims its name to be “Vera Dixie” and that it was born in “March/7/1974”. It dislikes being referred to by its item number and prefers to be called by its name. SCP-████ has a base IQ of 140 that increases with the number of organisms in its form. SCP-████ has demonstrated the ability to break apart and reform to avoid attacks or projectiles. This ability can also be used at will, as seen through testing.

SCP-████ is not hostile and has not shown any open hostility to the foundation or fellow personnel. So recently I had an idea to condense every single SCP Mobile Task Force down to a single word and frankly I think that might be the key to a good Mobile Task Force

An au where Tokoyami is transported to the SCP Foundation world where none of the few hundred years of evolution happened in that world, meaning there are no things such as quirks or mutants.

However, due to the appearance of his head and the very obvious presence of Dark Shadow pictures had been taken and sightings had surfaced about a humanoid figure wandering the outskirts of Shizuoka prefecture. Even appearing in alleyways and such.

The foundation sent MTF-Alpha 9- the reborn Omega-7. (A Mobile Task Force explicitly intended to train and utilize humanoid SCP objects in the field) that was stationed in Japan before being ordered to scope the areas were the unknown entity is sighted. Ordered to use lethal force if necessary.

Almost a week later they reported the being was very familiar with the prefecture and the forest around it, thus being able to avoid the Team for long periods of time. However, the situation was given light when one of the personnel within the team coded "Vistage" maimed the entity and shot a part of it's leg while fleeing, giving them advantage on the mission as the entity screamed in a way that was almost human.

But before the team could get the upper hand on the situation- a loud, earsplitting roar was heard throughout the forest before a large shadowy entity rose up from the canopies. Whilst the MTF-Alpha 9 had begun fighting off against the other unknown entity they realized that no matter how much they do or how many bullets they shot off, there wasn't any significant effect on the entity even after launching off several grenades; though they noted that the grenades were much more effective on subduing the entity.

Much later another team appeared on the scene as requested for backup- MTF Epsilon-6 ("Village Idiots") soon arrived at the area were the other entity had sprung. Carrying with them multiple explosives, such as AT4S and RPG-7s and other such whilst half of the MTF-Alpha 9 were given orders via radio to locate the previous unknown entity before this one.

Significant aftereffects were soon noted when the MTF Epsilon-6 began to take action; firing multiple attacks at the shadowy entity but otherwise still not enough as the entity begins to act more viscous and lethal.

Large shadow claws descended from the treetops and grabbing the assault vehicles with personnels still inside before thrashing them about, thus as the debris fell from the sky as did body parts and blood. Raining over them in a red sea.

Soon after, almost all of both teams were eliminated on the spot after being thrown or dragged by the larger entity, while what's left with MTF-Alpha 9 still has not found the first previous entity that was originally meant as the main target.

MTF Epsilon-9 (specializes in the use of incendiary weaponry and operations in high-temperature environments) was then sent after the entity after reports of fire being the most effective by the remaining task forces, and thus began attacking as soon as the team arrived as the large entity roared and thrashed around before being almost subdued completely.

Expecting the entity to drop on the ground they were shocked to see the previously targeted entity on the forest grounds instead, curled up on a ball shivering but otherwise did not make any sounds as multiple wounds and burns covered it's exposed skin from the burnt fabrics of what could be a school uniform.

The entity were soon transported and contained on Site-[][][] after the initial event, though the SCP Foundation made sure to track any anomalous aftereffects within the forest and around itself.

SCP-2062 is a humanoid entity weighing around 45.9 kg (109 Ibs) and a height over 158 cm (5'2 ft) with fair skin and lean but otherwise strong build. Although the most distinctive was his head of a black bird, possibly supposed to resemble that of a crow or a raven. He has a tan, yellowish beak which is slightly hooked down at the end, thin, unnatural red eyes with a small black pupil, one on each side of his head, and a red choker, which he rarely removes. Despite the appearance of his head, however, his body looks like one of a normal human, with rather fair skin.

There is another entity that is seemed to be tied with SCP-2062 however, otherwise recognized as the large shadowy entity during the containment procedure of Shizuoka Prefecture. And was classified as SCP-419.

SCP-2062 and SCP-419 seems to be in what it appears to be in a symbiotic relationship as SCP-419 seems to be unable from detaching itself from SCP-2062 during the first attempted experimentation snd research.

SCP-419 is a sentient shadowy entity capable of human speech (mainly only japanese but otherwise shows recognition over English signs and words, but it is not considered if the entity is indeed fluent in English as well). SCP-419 is capable of movement on normal scales, but is fast enough to snap at anyone who dares to draw near it and SCP-2062 protectively for unknown reasons.

The entity also shows signs of irritation and anger whenever it is referred to as "SCP-419" by the researchers and SCP Foundation personnels.

Currently, both SCP-2062 and SCP-419 are both contained in Foundation Site-[REDACTED] for further research, though testing may halt before SCP-2062 is completely healed to undergo experimentation and interview.

Zeta-9 “Mole Rats,” Epsilon-11 “Nine-Tailed Fox,” Episilon-6 “Village Idiots,” Alpha-9 “Last Hope,” Beta-7 “Maz Hatters.” There are a LOT of MTFs. What team would you want to see done next? Credit to Sunnyclockwork @hisclockworkservants for the Mobile Task Force team logos these use. I’ve changed some details on the logos as to develop them more and add my own touches to them. Someday, I’d really like to totally revamp the logos for new patch designs.

Madness Uncontained

Today is the anniversary for Madness Combat's debut on Newgrounds, Madness Day. So enjoy this little insanity I made.

Item Number: SCP 013-NV

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: The anomaly is currently at large. MTF Epsilon 6 "Village Idiots" is to respond to confirmed sightings. Upon capture, SCP 013-NV is to be placed in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m reinforced steel cell with dim lightning to avoid any damage to it's eyes. SCP 013-NV must be sedated before any relocation or cleaning of its cell should occur.

Description: SCP 013-NV is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 1.5 meters in height. It has gray skin with a texture similar to clay with a thick durability. It's left hand constantly floats despite absence of an arm. The entity's right arm is abnormally large with the shoulder to mid-elbow mahogany red and the remainder pitch black. Yellow stripes and pale yellow spines adorn the red section of its arm. It is hypothesized that at some point, SCP 013-NV's arm had been torn off before regenerating.

Few eyewitness reports state that the entity appears to have a metal prothestic lower jaw and jagged teeth protruding down from the upper jaw. One survivor of an SCP 013-NV attack stated that it had no eyes or nose but a gray faded line cross instead.

The entity is covered in unknown issue black combat fatigue in varying states of disrepair. Outfit consists of: bullet proof armor plate, one fingerless glove, one face mask, one black bandana, red lensed goggles, steel sole boots, helmet with built in mouth guard, and black trenchcoat. SCP 013-NV always carries with it a katana made from an unknown alloy bearing a dragon shaped hilt. Etched on the blade is Tai characters that translates to 'Crush, Kill, Destroy.'

SCP 013-NV is very hostile and easy to agitate. It will kill the one that angers it alongside bodily harm any person in it's vicinity. The entity is highly adept at using various weapons such as knives, firearms, swords and even everyday objects like toothbrush with lethal effectiveness.

SCP 013-NV appears to have some form of electrokinesis that appears as blackish grey electricity. It often uses this ability to move objects or heavily maim targets with enough power to tear apart a truck's haul in a single punch.

SCP 013-NV was discovered in Eureka, Nevada on 9-22-2022. Numerous reports of brutal deaths and glowing red eyes through the small town had marketed an investigation by Agent ____ and Agent ___. The entity was spotted feasting on a coyote in the town's junkyard.

Agent ___ was requesting an MTF squad for backup when something alerted the entity of their presence. SCP 013-NV tossed the carcass at both agents before fleeing the scene. Mobile Task Force manage to catch up to the entity at _______.

Upon being provoked, SCP 013-NV viciously attacked personal with lethal efficiency. The anomaly escaped albeit badly wounded leaving 28 casualties and 2 survivors. There has been no confirmed sightings so far.

Something new I wanted to try out with this. I've never written a report like this so I hope it turns out well. NV does stand for Nevada since any Madness Combat characters that get involved will pop up in said state.

Of course! Hm... I'm thinking that Sam should be next! Been so curious about Iva that it's only fair that we build a little suspense and save Iva for the finale!

Samuel Roberts joined the Foundation in very early nineteen-fourteen (1914), presumably after being picked up in late nineteen-thirteen (1913) - I think I can skip elaborating on anything related to that.

We curiosly follow a similar pattern to Khater here, where, right after joining, Roberts was sent to work at his local archive, first that of Site-11, then that of Site-18 after being transferred there after a few months. It's a bit odd here, in my eyes; it made sense for Khater, since they were only eleven (11) when they were taken in, but Roberts was sixteen (16). Still young, but a few of the others were that age or younger when they started in their actual fields. Adding that to the oddities, alongside the changed name.

Anyway. There is a surprising amount of notes on Roberts directly here, rather than just what he got up to. He's described as 'charming' after 'getting over his initial silence' (which seems to have gone on for at least a few months, during which he hardly spoke. Ten's notes on this are weirdly detailed), more specifically as 'having an aristocrat's charm, in which he appeared lost in the world around him but looked at it with great enthusiasm nonetheless' (definitely Willow's phrasing, Ten isn't this eloquent). He is also mentioned as being talented with both languages and speaking as a whole, the latter of which is picked up a little later again, as well as being organized. Ten also notes that there 'seems to be something wrong with the boy, in the way he looks at people and how he moves; as if he thinks of himself as a different species as a whole' (definitely Ten's phrasing, seems to refer to what would be classified as autism today). This point and the aristocrat's charm one are followed up with a note stating him as underlyingly arrogant, 'though the way he presents himself makes the thought of standing beneath him feel almost natural'. A pretty interesting characterisation compared to how little there is on the other eight (8).

Back to business, Roberts archivist career is only briefly touched on during his personal description under the point of him being organized. He seems to have done an alright enough job there with no notable incidents over his three (3) year stay.

After those three (3) years, in nineteen-seventeen (1917), he apparently personally requested to join a Task Force, a request that was granted though not with great enthusiasm from the other side; he was put on one of MTF-Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters"'s five (5) person teams, which belonged to a larger, eight-hundred (800) person unit that was assigned to the Foundation-owned ship "Gévaudan" of the dreadnought type. Roberts' unit was, with the exception of him, entirely female, which doesn't make much sense as well - I'm guessing it was either a size issue, since teams are build around that to this day, or plainly a humiliation attempt. If it was the latter, it seems to have backfired.

Despite the previous distain of his job change, the notes turn more positive soon after this, stating him as learning fairly quickly and 'with great curiosity for the field', which seems to refer to the units task as mobile explosives makers. Things take another dip after his team was sent on their first actual mission in early summer of the same year, though, which was to take down a small hideout of an unspecified GoI via multiple bombs; while the mission was a full success, Roberts is noted as 'close to shell-shocked' during the aftermath, as well as suffering a minor breakdown after their return to the base. He made a full recovery, though, and returned to his unit after a week.

Things get far less detailed after this too and there doesn't seem to be much more interesting details worth sharing here, other than that his team received a warning for improper use of Foundation gear later in November, which could line up with the memory Koshek saw of the Hoadley parents' murder.

To: Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 (“Nine-Tailed Fox”)

Subject: Mission accomplished; new containment procedure required

Capt. [REDACTED],

I am proud to report that all has gone according to plan and SCP-231 can be considered neutralized. However, your services are still needed; see attached details for new procedure 111-Montauk.

(Please also bring back the strongest alcohol you can find for consumption by Site-231 staff the minute all anomalies are transferred off site and no longer our responsibility; I will arrange to have it paid for with Site budget, and if O5 says anything I’m taking it up with Ethics.)

Please provide Site-231 with regular updates on the status of the mission, for the sanity of the staff monitoring SCP-231-7.

Instructions for Procedure 111-Montauk:

1. The responding MTF will retrieve a cooler and ice bags from Site-231 and then travel in plainclothes, in as inconspicuous a vehicle as possible, to the nearest grocery or convenience store.

2. Upon arrival, the MTF will divide into groups of three to secure and purchase the following items, with cost being of no concern:

a) A quantity of ice cream or frozen yogurt equal to one pint per two human beings or humanoid SCP objects currently at the affected site plus one cup for every member of the responding MTF, in as many flavors as possible. Procurement of chocolate brownie dough ice cream is imperative, no matter the cost.

b) Ten thousand (10000) calories’ worth of candy and other saccharine foods.

c) Whipped cream, chocolate sauce, edible sprinkles (rainbow and chocolate), and other ice cream toppings as per the discretion of the responding MTF.

d) Disposable bowls, tablespoons, and napkins.

e) A reusable grocery bag for transport of item (d). (Caring about the environment is the ethical thing to do!)

f) A children’s coloring book, a box of twenty-four (24) crayons, and a stuffed bear.

3) The responding MTF will load item (a) into the cooler and item (d) into item (e) and return to Site-231 as swiftly as possible.

4) Upon arrival, the MTF will proceed to the hallway outside the affected SCP’s containment chamber and provide the Site Director with item (b) and one of the disposable bowls comprising item (d). The Site Director will fill a bowl with candy and provide it to the affected non-humanoid SCP. (In this case, that is the SCP provisionally designated SCP-231-G.)

5) The MTF will then arrange the remainder of the requisitioned goods from step 2 in a manner as seems logical to the MTF commander upon a table to be set up by D-Class personnel.

6) All Foundation personnel, D-Class personnel, and humanoid SCPs at the site will queue in front of the table in a line headed by any humanoid SCPs present, and will serve themselves from the retrieved items as they wish (with the exception that minor humanoid SCPs may have no more than one bowl). All Foundation personnel and D-Class personnel are to leave the room after serving. Foundation and D-Class personnel have complete freedom from Special Containment Procedures after this point, with the exception that all containment chamber observation cameras must be manned at all times as previously. Affected SCP objects are to be contained under standard humanoid or animal containment protocols, respectively. At this point, the MTF may return to their base, but only after everyone has partaken of as much ice cream as they wish. Item (f) and SCP-231-G are to be left in SCP-231-7′s containment chamber.

7) At the conclusion of the “big ice cream party”, any remaining supplies will be stored in the Site cafeteria for further consumption by personnel. SCP-231-7 may have another bowl of ice cream after lunch tomorrow.

8) Actually, you know what? SCP-231-7 can have whatever she asks for, forever. It’s the least we can do, and she’s earned it. (If anyone takes issue with my sending an entire Mobile Task Force to buy ice cream with Foundation money, I would be happy to show you the receipts for our big ice cream party compared with an itemized budget for SCP-231′s containment to date, and go into said budget in detail.)

9) The Site Director, who has been awake for more than twenty-four (24) hours and has suffered insomnia since assignment to SCP-231, will go to bed, cry, and get some well-deserved fucking sleep.

P.S. If this “procedure” ever actually gets used again, that will be my greatest service to the Foundation, and someone please let me know about it. Also, let it be noted that I want to see video footage of our tickle wrestling blob monster defeating the Scarlet King with the power of love. It’s only fair.
