Anomalous Employment Division

Description: As new anomalies appear in our world and other worlds, the ones we are already familiar with only get older and older. Thus, there's leaves three options for said anomalies leave them be, decommission and therefore Neutralize them, or utilize them. For those that can and should be utilized rather than neutralized they are debriefed here at the AED.

The AED is the dedicated to showing the more humane side of the Foundation by giving the contained anomalies a chance to benefit humanity rather than putting it in danger. As such the AED only works with sentient, humanoid, and non-hostile anomalies. All other anomalies are not in the jurisdiction of the AED. It should also be noted that SCPs debriefed by the AED are to no longer be referred to as my their SCP number or Code Name, instead they will be referred to by the names they originally had or the ones they chose for themselves. Upon completion of any training, augmentations, and treatment needed they will be referred to as Foundation Staff with Class F status. Class F status implies a Foundation staff member that has been affected by anomalous properties but is to not be contained, instead use their anomalous properties to further benefit the Foundation if at all possible.

Day 7 of Gritvin Week:

This marks the last day of the ship week for everyone. Although I didn't do much here, I thank @st1ckart1zt for creating this prompt.

Now on to the scenario:

"This just in, we have just reported a SCP-610 incursion happening in a local village near FOB Alpha, particularly some Sarkic cultists have decided to establish a foothold there. As such, MTF Alpha-60 designated "Heavy Hitters" along with some Government volunteers have been sent behind enemy lines in order to eliminate the threat from the inside. Meanwhile, MTF Nu-7 designated "Hammer Down" has been assigned to provide artillery support, while MTF Epsilon-9 designated "Fire Eaters" are given a mission to take down any hostile SCP-610 instances they see on sight. We hope to see this Joint Ops mission result in a success."

Relating onto that, I could imagine Robert being the Site Director. Overviewing the entire site and divisions within it.

For sure he'd be using his power by threats more bigger than being demoted. Eg- "If you don't get yourself together then you're going to be a D-Class." To CEO, CLO, VP, and CFO; it's more of passing threats due to their usefulness. But to everyone else, it's a harsh reminder of their disposability. If they simply died or were executed, they could simply pull up a recruitment folder and get the next one.

Diane is the Justice for the site (Internal Tribunal Department. Essentially, the judicial authorities punishing those who break Foundation ethos).

Some Holly and Prester stuff. They're still arrogant and hate each other. Simply, they see each other to be doing their jobs incorrectly and being a hazard. Haven't fully figured out what the heck they are though. Maybe Holly is in MTF Beta-1 (“Cauterizers”) and Prester is in MTF Iota-10 (“Damn Feds”). Because Cauterizers deal with suspected infiltration and Damn Feds are agents of scp in government agencies to get their scps. Could definitely change because there's a LOT of MTF groups. But to define their relationship, they're petty until they know they may die. Helping each other survive or attempting to recontain the SCP, but if they know their death is coming then they're both praying to god.

Flint is easier to define though. MTF Epsilon-9 (“Fire Eaters”). They deal with fire and use fire, yeah. Maybe he was contained first as an SCP after being traced to numerous arson cases which were entirely incidental. After making a deal and numerous of training later, he's now part of the Foundation! Still causing problems.

Mary is the better of all 3. MTF Gamma-6 (“Deep Feeders”). Investigating and tracking deep sea anomalies. To put it simply, she does her job and actually has interest in her job in a scientific manner. Possibly watching a D-Class or other units in her squad die from the anomaly and go "hm, interesting..."

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ has free permission to roam its designated site. SCP-████ should not be allowed access to SCPs higher than its personnel level. SCP-████ is to be allowed Level 4 personnel privileges. These privileges are to be immediately revoked should SCP-████ show any signs of aggression or hostility towards the foundation or fellow personnel. Description: SCP-████ has the appearance of a middle aged woman of mixed-race with curly brown hair.SCP-████ is composed of micro-organisms that bond together to mimic a humanoid body. These microorganisms are capable of flight, flight patterns resembling those of /rhopalocera/(butterflies). This “schooling” could be a possible survival mechanism to scare predators or mimic human behaviour for reasons unknown.

Individually the organisms that make up SCP-████ do not possess any degree of intelligence or sentience. When SCP-████ is damaged, the organisms begin to replicate themselves at high speeds to replace the lost members. The organisms have a high resistance to sharp objects, blunt force trauma, projectiles and asphyxiation, though they are weak to fire.

SCP-████ has no blood or bodily fluids, X-rays of its body only show mass amounts of dots in the shape of a humanoid. SCP-████ emits an unknown form of non-ionizing radiation that has yet to be identified, though it does not have any effect on humans whatsoever.

So recently I had an idea to condense every single SCP Mobile Task Force down to a single word and frankly I think that might be the key to a good Mobile Task Force

MTF Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand"): Escort

MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down"): Military

MTF Zeta-9 ("Mole Rats"): Cavers

MTF Tau-5 ("Samsara"): Overpowered

MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox"): Elite

An au where Tokoyami is transported to the SCP Foundation world where none of the few hundred years of evolution happened in that world, meaning there are no things such as quirks or mutants.

However, due to the appearance of his head and the very obvious presence of Dark Shadow pictures had been taken and sightings had surfaced about a humanoid figure wandering the outskirts of Shizuoka prefecture. Even appearing in alleyways and such.

The foundation sent MTF-Alpha 9- the reborn Omega-7. (A Mobile Task Force explicitly intended to train and utilize humanoid SCP objects in the field) that was stationed in Japan before being ordered to scope the areas were the unknown entity is sighted. Ordered to use lethal force if necessary.

Almost a week later they reported the being was very familiar with the prefecture and the forest around it, thus being able to avoid the Team for long periods of time. However, the situation was given light when one of the personnel within the team coded "Vistage" maimed the entity and shot a part of it's leg while fleeing, giving them advantage on the mission as the entity screamed in a way that was almost human.

But before the team could get the upper hand on the situation- a loud, earsplitting roar was heard throughout the forest before a large shadowy entity rose up from the canopies. Whilst the MTF-Alpha 9 had begun fighting off against the other unknown entity they realized that no matter how much they do or how many bullets they shot off, there wasn't any significant effect on the entity even after launching off several grenades; though they noted that the grenades were much more effective on subduing the entity.

Much later another team appeared on the scene as requested for backup- MTF Epsilon-6 ("Village Idiots") soon arrived at the area were the other entity had sprung. Carrying with them multiple explosives, such as AT4S and RPG-7s and other such whilst half of the MTF-Alpha 9 were given orders via radio to locate the previous unknown entity before this one.

Significant aftereffects were soon noted when the MTF Epsilon-6 began to take action; firing multiple attacks at the shadowy entity but otherwise still not enough as the entity begins to act more viscous and lethal.

Large shadow claws descended from the treetops and grabbing the assault vehicles with personnels still inside before thrashing them about, thus as the debris fell from the sky as did body parts and blood. Raining over them in a red sea.

Soon after, almost all of both teams were eliminated on the spot after being thrown or dragged by the larger entity, while what's left with MTF-Alpha 9 still has not found the first previous entity that was originally meant as the main target.

MTF Epsilon-9 (specializes in the use of incendiary weaponry and operations in high-temperature environments) was then sent after the entity after reports of fire being the most effective by the remaining task forces, and thus began attacking as soon as the team arrived as the large entity roared and thrashed around before being almost subdued completely.

Expecting the entity to drop on the ground they were shocked to see the previously targeted entity on the forest grounds instead, curled up on a ball shivering but otherwise did not make any sounds as multiple wounds and burns covered it's exposed skin from the burnt fabrics of what could be a school uniform.

The entity were soon transported and contained on Site-[][][] after the initial event, though the SCP Foundation made sure to track any anomalous aftereffects within the forest and around itself.

SCP-2062 is a humanoid entity weighing around 45.9 kg (109 Ibs) and a height over 158 cm (5'2 ft) with fair skin and lean but otherwise strong build. Although the most distinctive was his head of a black bird, possibly supposed to resemble that of a crow or a raven. He has a tan, yellowish beak which is slightly hooked down at the end, thin, unnatural red eyes with a small black pupil, one on each side of his head, and a red choker, which he rarely removes. Despite the appearance of his head, however, his body looks like one of a normal human, with rather fair skin.

There is another entity that is seemed to be tied with SCP-2062 however, otherwise recognized as the large shadowy entity during the containment procedure of Shizuoka Prefecture. And was classified as SCP-419.

SCP-2062 and SCP-419 seems to be in what it appears to be in a symbiotic relationship as SCP-419 seems to be unable from detaching itself from SCP-2062 during the first attempted experimentation snd research.

SCP-419 is a sentient shadowy entity capable of human speech (mainly only japanese but otherwise shows recognition over English signs and words, but it is not considered if the entity is indeed fluent in English as well). SCP-419 is capable of movement on normal scales, but is fast enough to snap at anyone who dares to draw near it and SCP-2062 protectively for unknown reasons.

The entity also shows signs of irritation and anger whenever it is referred to as "SCP-419" by the researchers and SCP Foundation personnels.

Currently, both SCP-2062 and SCP-419 are both contained in Foundation Site-[REDACTED] for further research, though testing may halt before SCP-2062 is completely healed to undergo experimentation and interview.

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the agreement made between the residence of [data expunged] farm, SCP-AAS herself, and the Foundation, SCP-AAS is not to be contained. Instead, SCP-AAS is to remain at the [data expunged] farm and the farm is to be protected and monitored by Foundation personnel. Mobile Task Force Poseidon-2: "Dry ice" is to guard, protect and if necessary, incapacitate SCP-AAS should she ever decide to use her powers to claim innocent lives or threaten the Foundation. To further prevent this, Foundation staff testing with or guarding SCP-AAS are to treat her kindly. Any Foundation staff that insult, harass, or show any negativity toward SCP-AAS are to be executed, there are no exceptions.

SCP-AAS has agreed to move into Site-AM now that she is a member of MTF Alpha-9. As she requested, she still visits the [data expunged] farm whenever she has free time. The farm is still under Foundation protection as per agreement with SCP-AAS. Additionally, SCP-AAS is now to be referred to her real name Agent McGee Commander Charlie Wells. Furthermore, any Foundation staff that mistreat her in any way are to be fired or executed depending on the severity of the crime, there are no exceptions.

Description: SCP-AAS, at the time of writing is an eight-year-old girl named Charlie McGee. she is an artificially created psychic pyromancer, able to manifest fire instantaneously through meta-physical means. Creating or manipulating fire or anything energy related has no strain or causes any consequences to SCP-AAS herself. Despite DNA testing showing SCP-AAS being 100% human, her body is completely immune to extreme temperatures and is seemingly indestructible. How this is possible seems to be partially related to the experiments her parents were involved with, though how they became so strong and seemingly limitless is unknown.

SCP-AAS has complete control over energy, heat, and anything relating. As such, she can control and deflect bullets, she can extinguish an explosion the second it ignites, she can fill an entire room with fire, and create flaming projectiles or explosions out of nothing. It’s even possible for her to survive extreme levels of radiation and even control irradiated materials and particles. Should SCP-AAS ever desire, she has the potential of turning everything around her hot enough to match the heat of the sun. All of this makes her one of the most dangerous anomalies in the world. It is for this reason that all Foundation staff interacting with SCP-AAS are to treat her with kindness. Any Foundation staff that treat SCP-AAS with disrespect and get attacked by her as a result, they are to be left to suffer by her hand. There are no exceptions.

SCP-AAS was discovered in 1984, when the government funded organization known as Department of Scientific Intelligence was completely wiped out. The Foundation was attempting to annihilate the organization due to their experiments giving humans anomalous abilities. However, by the time Mobile Task Force Ares-3: "The Anarchists", found their base of operations, it was burned to the ground. All remaining scientists and agents of the organization were dead, left as nothing but smoldering corpses. It was later found out this was all done by SCP-AAS herself in retaliation for the organization killing her parents. 

SCP-AAS wandered the road alone heading to [data expunged] farm. She was attempting to meet with friends at the farm and with their help expose the organization and their crimes to the world. However, the next day MTF Ares-3 arrived at the farm and attempted to captured her instead. This proved to be a mistake as SCP-AAS thought they were with the DSI and used her abilities to incinerate them all. on the night of the same day, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters" was deployed and surrounded the farm to prevent SCP-AAS and the inhabitants of the farm form leaving. The next day Foundation representatives came to the farm to negotiate with SCP-AAS.

Thankfully the incident never got violent, but SCP-AAS refused to go with the Foundation, insisting she would destroy anyone who tried to imprison her like the DSI did. After some back and forth negotiation it was eventually agreed that the only way to have SCP-AAS cooperate with Foundation peacefully was to ensure the safety of the farm and for her to live with them rather than in containment. In exchange for protection of the farm and its inhabitants by the Foundation, SCP-AAS has agreed to do any testing the Foundation requires. Due to the complete annihilation of the DSI the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee both agreed this was the right choice. 

However, as a contingency measure in the unlikely scenario SCP-AAS becomes a threat to the Foundation and by extent human life, Mobile Task Force Poseidon-2: "Dry ice" was created. MTF Poseidon-2 is a 40-unit security team all wearing temperature nullification armor and equipped Foundation assault rifles as well as chemical spray guns loaded with liquid nitrogen. They are not only the security force of the farm but also the first and last resort should SCP-AAS ever go rouge. Thankfully this has never happened; Instead, SCP-AAS and MTF Poseidon-2 actually have maintained a good relationship, with SCP-AAS sometimes calling them her brothers.

SCP-AAS is intelligence, devoted to protecting innocent life, and possesses a strong sense of justice with the desire to destroy the "bad guys" of the world. This as well as her growing power and increased control over of said power, SCP-AAS is under consideration for a position within MTF Alpha-9. Of course, SCP-AAS will have to be debriefed by the Anomalous Employment Division and that will have to wait until she is of age.

Update: 1992 - SCP-AAS has accepted the AED's proposal of her becoming a Foundation staff member. She is to receive the necessary combat training and education so that she can become a proper future candidate for Mobile Task Force Alpha-9: “Last Hope”. 

Update: 1994 - SCP-AAS has completed her training alongside Sigurrós Stefansdottir’s mental recovery, she is now a willing participant of MTF Alpha-9. As such Foundation staff are to refer to her as Agent McGee. Because of her cooperation and loyalty to the Foundation and its idea’s MTF Posseidon-2 has been disbanded with a few members still working alongside Agent McGee as bodyguards. 

Update: 2011 - Agent McGee and Dr. Wells��have gotten married. As such Agent McGee's ID name has changed to Agent Wells.

Madness Uncontained

Today is the anniversary for Madness Combat's debut on Newgrounds, Madness Day. So enjoy this little insanity I made.

Special Containment Procedures: The anomaly is currently at large. MTF Epsilon 6 "Village Idiots" is to respond to confirmed sightings. Upon capture, SCP 013-NV is to be placed in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m reinforced steel cell with dim lightning to avoid any damage to it's eyes. SCP 013-NV must be sedated before any relocation or cleaning of its cell should occur.

Description: SCP 013-NV is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 1.5 meters in height. It has gray skin with a texture similar to clay with a thick durability. It's left hand constantly floats despite absence of an arm. The entity's right arm is abnormally large with the shoulder to mid-elbow mahogany red and the remainder pitch black. Yellow stripes and pale yellow spines adorn the red section of its arm. It is hypothesized that at some point, SCP 013-NV's arm had been torn off before regenerating.

Few eyewitness reports state that the entity appears to have a metal prothestic lower jaw and jagged teeth protruding down from the upper jaw. One survivor of an SCP 013-NV attack stated that it had no eyes or nose but a gray faded line cross instead.

The entity is covered in unknown issue black combat fatigue in varying states of disrepair. Outfit consists of: bullet proof armor plate, one fingerless glove, one face mask, one black bandana, red lensed goggles, steel sole boots, helmet with built in mouth guard, and black trenchcoat. SCP 013-NV always carries with it a katana made from an unknown alloy bearing a dragon shaped hilt. Etched on the blade is Tai characters that translates to 'Crush, Kill, Destroy.'

SCP 013-NV is very hostile and easy to agitate. It will kill the one that angers it alongside bodily harm any person in it's vicinity. The entity is highly adept at using various weapons such as knives, firearms, swords and even everyday objects like toothbrush with lethal effectiveness.

SCP 013-NV appears to have some form of electrokinesis that appears as blackish grey electricity. It often uses this ability to move objects or heavily maim targets with enough power to tear apart a truck's haul in a single punch.

SCP 013-NV was discovered in Eureka, Nevada on 9-22-2022. Numerous reports of brutal deaths and glowing red eyes through the small town had marketed an investigation by Agent ____ and Agent ___. The entity was spotted feasting on a coyote in the town's junkyard.

Agent ___ was requesting an MTF squad for backup when something alerted the entity of their presence. SCP 013-NV tossed the carcass at both agents before fleeing the scene. Mobile Task Force manage to catch up to the entity at _______.

Upon being provoked, SCP 013-NV viciously attacked personal with lethal efficiency. The anomaly escaped albeit badly wounded leaving 28 casualties and 2 survivors. There has been no confirmed sightings so far.

Something new I wanted to try out with this. I've never written a report like this so I hope it turns out well. NV does stand for Nevada since any Madness Combat characters that get involved will pop up in said state.
