You guys are valid for not caring about the ships and hoping we finally have something about Midoriya Hisashi

In my humble opinion, I honestly think Horikoshi forgot about him. I mean there is literally no mention of him throughout the manga or the anime (I believe)

Since fans are so adamant on the reveal for volume 42, it’s likely it will happen

There’s a 20% chance that BakuDeku will be confirmed, but if Izuchako is confirmed us BKDK shippers are gonna get RAiLED On!

All honestly, I don’t mind Izuchako and I used to kind of ship it in the beginning but now I’m neutral after the events of the story

At the end of the day Horikoshi is allowed to write the story however he pleases
