#Louis’👆👆 is on my mind always

My hot take on chapter 3 is I think it's possible to think Lestat hasn't risen to the occasion, he's been ignorant and louis has every right in the world to be mad at him, and also to think that it's not right for Louis to constantly make his partner feel unloved and unimportant in his life.

These two realities coexist and fans have to accept both with maturity and empathy instead of treating who is not their favorite as a villain.

My position is that sometimes I will feel bad for Lestat but I always take Louis's side in the divorce 😂 But yeah Lestat is definetly willfully ignorant of the racism at play which given how he can also read minds and hear what ppl are thinking, and especially about his lover is :/ But Loustat as a relationship's issue is they don't talk about their issues, they just deliver low blows to each other constantly
