My first EP, Mosby and the Others, comes out May 21st.

I composed and produced this EP for the final project in my Music Production degree. It’s a collection of four atmospheric/lofi/progressive house tracks.

This was an exercise in trying to show everything I’ve learned, and everything I enjoy doing in music, but still within a distinct musical genre and style.

Usually when I make music, I go into it without any direction, or idea of where I’m going to end up. I don’t think about style, audience, or how the end product will fit into the current musical climate. I just start, then keep going, until I decide it’s done. Usually I end up with something very strange, but I like that. It’s still my favourite way to make music.

So these tracks were an experiment, testing if I could take an established and popular genre, like house, and work within it. I think it kind of worked, maybe. You can help me decide, if you want to check it out.

Rose Water is known for it's healing and soothing properties, so when I was composing this song, I was thinking of creating something soft and soothing, that creates a sense of peace, even though fleeting and some what temporary.

I hope that when you listen to Rose Water, a feeling of tranquillity washes over you and you find respite even for just a few minutes in your day.

She doesn't like change.

- Change is hard, and its hard for everyone. But I currently struggle with outburst when I am overwhelmed or stressed about a change in situation. In my New Girl Era, I will no longer let change... change Me or how I feel about things. I will no longer allow change to effect me in a negative way. change is inevitable and is always coming. What is stressing doing anyway?
