The Evolution of Vancano (From ESO, Daggerfall, Oblivion and finally, Skyrim)

Vancano went through a lot of changes in life, for the better for the most part. (more below the cut because I ramble here, a lot, because I love my boi)

In ESO he was frankly a depressed teenager who kinda closed himself off, until the events of the Main quest and building connections outside of Mannimarco and the Order of the Black Worm. He joined to help fight Moldy Balls and help with a new (Au) plan of replacing Moldy Balls with another Daedric Prince. He became good friends with my Vestige, Oniksah (who I need to talk more about)

Vancano begrudgingly saved Manni and helped him back to health, but quickly regretted everything once he got the cult back together.

In fact, roughly a decade before Daggerfall’s events, Vancano ran away from  Scourg Barrow, and joined up with the Fighters Guild (dying his hair black in the process) He also found two lovers in the fighters guild, Arthur Shattershield and Lizzy Bearclaw (a breton and nord respectively)

Arthur was a Dibellian worshiper, but through that, Vancano eventually stumbled across another type of worship. Sanguine.

Throughout the middle of Daggerfall and to the age of Oblivion, Vancano is a sanguine worshiper. He dyed his hair pink and gained A Lot of muscles over the years (he went from Twink to Hunk, basically.

In the sanguine cult, Vancano met Nethyn, a dunmer warrior who was actually half Dremora. (If you want a summery of those sanguine cult days, look up the song Cult of Dionysus)

Later in the Main Questline, Vancano met a girl named Luna Cameron, and both he and Nethyn pretty much Fell head over heels for her. Vancano ended up joining the Mages Guild (again) to spent more time with her, and got dragged into a plot to defeat Mannimarco one more time. (especially when Manni thREAtened his new girlfriend)

Years went by, and eventually Vancano found his way to Skyrim, joining up the College of winterhold out of curiosity and a need for shelter. There he basically became a brother/mentor figure for Urvel Nelvanni, my Dragonborn, since the kid was so young and pretty much alone.

During the winterhold quest he also had to hunt down the Black worm cult Again (Undeath Mod) before someone became a lich (Fairwen) and along the way ended up with a follower by the name of Hadras.. who Fairwen was the abusive aunt of and tried to turn Hadras into a lich as the most twisted Apology known to Tamriel.

That’s roughly where things end for his Story, for now, at least. He has three lovers, Morna, Aesmer and Nethyn, a clingy companion bosmer named Hadras, and helping out the Nelvanni family because they’re basically extended family now (with Onik and Vancano’s history in ESO, and Vancano helping Urvel in the college)
