I was thinking about what animals jackie and hyde would like, and I think that jackie just likes animals in general shes not like an animal rights activist but I think she would definitley care somewhat for the welfare of animals and such. I'm pretty sure she mentioned having a cat and a puppy when she was a kid, But I think she leans more towards cats and tiny purse dogs, cause bigger dogs are more likely to roll around in the dirt and track mud into the house and stuff, and I think dogs are just overall more kelsos thing(I also think that brooke likes dogs more too). If jackie were to have a dog it would probably be a tiny one and she'd carry it around in her purse with sunglasses and a matching bow tie. But overall I think she leans more toward liking cats cause they're just cleaner in her opinion(imo too I'm a cat person lol), if she were to have a cat she'd probably go all out with the set up, give it a huge scratch tower and a water fountain(I saw one that was in the shape of pink and green flowers the other day and she'd probably have something like that for her cats). I'm not so sure how she would like having other pets, she probably finds bunnies cute from afar but probably wouldn't like having one as a pet. Now with hyde I don't think he has any strong opinions on pets but I think he would like those big intimidating dogs like great danes or a Rottweiler maybe, I think he would find those cool. But I also think he wouldn't mind having a cat since they're pretty chill and don't bother him (unless the cat is really clingy but I dont think he would mind too much) he'd probably come home and just causally say hi to the cat as if it was a human. imagine him coming home, the cats lounging around and he's just like

"Hey beulah how was your day?" *pets*

But He probably wouldn't say he's strictly a cat or dog person.

I also headcanon that as a kid he really liked bugs and would hold them and stuff. Like that one scene from breaking bad where Jesse's on the sidewalk and he lets the beetle walk across his hand and he's really gentle with it, that scene reminds me a lot of hyde I think it would fit his character if we had a scene like that in the show
