God I forgot part of sols isolation is definitely due to the fact that the Baroness of her city is her grandmother. Like no one wants to piss off/call out the disaster toreador when a bad bitch brujah with a violent temper has declared herself her grandmother and also her rep from la and blowing up a prince.

Like baby girls just a little chronically unstable with a scarier rep than she deserves. And the moment people actually talk to her in any real capacity it's just immediately obvious she's more likely to cry than hurt someone.

Which is exactly what happens when she picks up a handful of fledglings who have no idea who she is or what her rep is. And just thought oh she seems nice. Turns out they were correct.

🛌 - Coyote actually takes pretty good care of their bedding and also went out of their way to legitimately purchase some nice stuff. If there is one thing in the house that is fresh, it's the bedding. They "get around" a bit and doesn't like the idea of subjecting guests to a musty ass bed.

It's still a floor mattress but it's in surprisingly decent shape and is comfortable enough. The sheets and pillow cases are a fancy red silk and the duvet is a big fluffy faux fur, leopard print. They're very aware of how tacky and out of place it looks in the entire house, but think it's very funny and genuinely enjoy the look of it. They're also comfy as hell when it's bedtime.

🎐 - Hoo, this is an old canon from when I first started this blog but Coyote is very fond of Calico Critters so they've got a few of those just hanging around in the house. Their best friend does wood carving for fun so they've got a little carved coyote in Barbie-sized sunglasses sitting on their dresser. They've got a small collection of stolen rosaries ranging from cheap plastic glow-in-the-dark ones, to ones made of rose petals, to a couple made of precious gems. There's a few miscellaneous things like unique bottle caps, dollhouse miniatures, glass beads, loose gems, old keys, and fabric samples.

❓- I've lightly talked about the hole that goes through the walls where Coyote hides things they're scared of losing but that's sort of all it does. One that I haven't had the chance to talk a lot about is T��o Juan's bedroom. This is where his body remains and this is where most of the supernatural activity happens.

It isn't often that Coyote enters that room but they will for his birthday and the anniversary of his death. Otherwise, they keep the room locked with a line of salt along the bottom of the doorway. Sometimes they'll whisper to him through the keyhole, and sometimes he answers. You can still hear murmuring, heavy steps, wheezing, and the rattling of pill bottles.

The only people are aware of this in canon are Morgan and Lennox. Morgan doesn't care, he's seen some shit as he also grew up on the streets. He just lets Coyote do their thing. Lennox on the other hand was nosy and insisted to be allowed to enter the room. Her being a Toreador, didn't have a good reaction to the corpse, grime, mold, and remnants of the hoard. She has not asked again nor has she asked for an explanation. I doubt she wants to know.
