I don't talk about vocaloid because honestly I don't fucking care about the characters, they're not full fledged characters to me, they don't have a personality. I know a lot of people like that but I would rather honestly make an oc. Anyway vocaloid has been on a downfall since 2015 and it's not improving and if it wasn't for miku and Co Yamaha would have probably let the program die in 2008 or something. I probably sound insane but nobody cares about the new vocaloids and no one buys them. I haven't seen anyone talk about them. 90% of my music library is vocal synth like vocaloid and utau and synthv and you can't tell me people don't just default to using miku or flower or gumi. Pre 2013 it was a major deal when a new vocaloid came out but now no one gives a flying shit. Every song writer just defaults to miku. My point being vocaloid would be dead without miku solely
