No matter if you want to put your hands up or not you will go through the up's and down's, twists and turns. It's going to be scary sometimes but if you ride it out when it comes to a stop you would have experienced new emotions, sites and experiences.

Stillness of Heart

I feel the wind, I am curious,

I stand still

I feel its strength, its strings,

I stay still

I hear the leaves, their songs,

I love them, I stay in my soul

I smell nature, I hear silence and life,

I contemplate, still

I hear my thoughts, I am entangled,

I am on my own

I am still and yet alert,

for inspiration, for communication,

for motivation

I cannot project, I cannot regret,

I am just here, being… Still
