Me voilà bientôt a mi-chemin de ma vie, entre ma naissance et ma mort. 35 ans déjà que je marche sur mon chemin. Et j'arrive à un tournant.

Ce soir, je ressent le besoin de me poser, sur cette pierre à cette intersection, pour regarder derriere moi, le temps d'un instant.

Un chemin, long de 35 ans. Rempli d'embûches, de douleurs, de souffrance, mais aussi de fierté, de bonheur et d'amour. J'ai essuyé des tempêtes sans fléchir, accusé des coups sans m'effondrer. J'ai éteins des feux qui m'embrasaient, tout en protégeant ceux qui m'entouraient.

J'ai tendu ma main à plusieurs reprises, accepté qu'on me morde et qu'on me brise.

Comme si ma destinée se résumait à subir. Comme si je méritais l'ignorance des autres.

Puis un jour pas comme les autres, j'ai ouvert de nouveau les yeux sur ce monde. Un ange m'en a donné la force. Je suis née à nouveau et, forte de mes leçons, j'ai realisé. J'ai regardé ces gens a terre qui, à moi, s'accrochaient. Je n'étais pas l'ombre qu'on me faisait croire mais une lumière juste épuisée, que l'on cacher à elle même pour mieux l'utiliser.

Et puis un jour, mon regard m'a croisé. Dans un reflet, éclairé. Et là, jai realisé. Et j'ai coupé les liens progressivement qui me retenaient. J'ai accepté de m'éloigner de ces ombres qui m'epuisaient, et de deployer mes ailes pour m'envoler. J'ai suivi cette lumière qui m'éclairait, pour enfin moi aussi briller.

Pendant 35 ans, nombreux m'ont utilisé, certains ont voulu me détruire, beaucoup m'ont piétiné. Permis eux, je me trouvais. En les laisser faire, je me suis moi même étouffée. Mais aucun n'a réussi à me tuer. Aucun n'a réussi à m'enterrer.

Aujourd'hui, je suis à mi chemin, à l'aube d'un croisement. Et je suis fière du chemin que j'ai fait. Fière d'avoir traversé autant d'épreuve et de mettre toujours relevée.

La vie m'a appris des leçons, plus dures les unes que les autres. Mais ces leçons m'ont permis de briller, aujourd'hui. Car briller, ça se mérite.

Alors, je me retourne, et je regarde devant moi. Forte de cette expérience passée. Reposée, ressourcée, car je sais d'où je viens.

Et je regarde cette croisée. Droite ? Gauche ? En fin de compte, peu importe le chemin que je déciderais d'emprunter. Mes rayons de lumiere seront toujours à mes cotés pour me guider, jusqu'à vous retrouver de l'autre côté.

De mon côté j'ai beaucoup pensé à Romy à Quiberon, au travail que je fais ici, à certaines valeurs que je partage forcément avec vous par le choix des photos que je fais, par les sujets que je traite et par mes textes de présentation. J'ai lu tout vos commentaires en reponse à mes différents questionnements. J'ai toujours parlé d'une "Romy vraie" en évoquant tous les moments de sa vie, sans rien cacher, en évoquant tous les aspects de sa personnalité, ses forces et ses faiblesses, ses failles, les raisons de ses comportements excessifs souvent, l'ombre et la lumiere, la nuit et le brouillard ... Parce c'est très exactement pour cela que je l'aime autant ! Elle et pas une autre ... Telle qu'elle était ! En parlant de sa vie, en parlant du cinéma, en tentant de l'élever au rang qui est le sien une icône de beauté et de mode ... Alors, je ne suis pas tout à fait certaine d'avoir été complètement comprise, mais l'est-ont jamais ? Today, ALCEST release their 6th studio album and Nuclear Blast debut 'Spiritual Instinct' upon the world. To celebrate, the band has unveiled a studio documentary titled 'La lumière autant que l'ombre,' accompanied with the acoustic instrumental version of their new track 'Protection,' which was recorded by Neige and can also be found exclusively as a bonus track on select versions of the album.
