Hey, I've been thinking of mc having 5 pet snakes. I want to know how ts LI's reaction to it. (not the small kind of snake)

I can say as someone who absolutely loves snakes this would be so funny to watch them react to this

Summary: After paying a visit to your new home, that you were finally able to get after living in the Wet Wick for some time, the LI’s are extremely caught off guard when they find five massive pythons resting there.

LEANDER

This fucking guy

Upon walking in he just stands there as if you suddenly grew another head

"Hey um...where did you get these?"

You tell them you found them in the market somewhere and the merchant was just giving them away because they couldn't afford to care for them. That's why you were so hooked on moving out of the wet wick so quickly

Hey at least he can stop telling himself it's because you wanted to get away from him-

He just nods and brings his attention back to the snakes

I have a feeling he's one of those guys that pretends he's not afraid of them but is lowkey terrified

You have to convince him that their completely chill and okay as long as you don't give them a chance to suffocate you

As in don't let them wrap around his neck

And for the love of the allmother do not let him convince himself he can tame them or get them to be his bestie, it will not go well

So for a while I just recommend watching whatever interaction he has with them

If you don't have names for them, he will give them names

But it'll be the most random yet cute ones ever

"Good morning, Pesto! ^_^"

"You ready for your lunch Missy?"

"Please get off of my coat Polly I need that-"

And so on

He can take care of them whenever he has the time, and you need to go somewhere

Just don't be surprised when you come back and they all have verryyyy expensive things that you aren't even sure where they came from

Somehow gets his hands on five personalized styled enclosures for all of them?? Where did he even get the money?

"Only the best for my little buddies!! ^_^" he says

You swear he's trying to make them like him more than you

Even though they are snakes and probably don't care that much

"Hey there, I wasn't expecting you to get home so early." You hear Leander say as you walk in through the door.

You hum and put your cloak on a nearby hook, still not turning around to look at the man. "Yeah that gig took less time than I thought, I'm just happy I was able to get the money and go." As you continued on, you eventually look towards Leander, but your words are cut off as you catch sight of what looks to be...him putting tiny hats on your snakes?

"Leander, what are you doing?"

After setting the thing down, he comes towards you, grabbing your hand so he can lead you towards them. "I just..wanted to see which one suited who the best."

Nodding as he says that your gaze drifts back toward the scaly creature, analyzing its new appearance. But once you notice the hat, you can't help but laugh. "Is that a tiny wizard hat?"

"Don't look at me like, it complements the silver in his skin."

AIS

Just walks in and kinda acts as if it's normal?

"Huh, didn't know you were one for pets sparrow."

Goes up to one of the snakes and just...pats it on the head?

Kinda wholesome honestly

"Your owner been treating you right? Blink if you need help."

Okay back to wishing on his downfall

The kind of guy that walks in and greets them as if they're your roommates or something

Has entire conversations with them while you aren't looking, and it's kind of cute to watch

"Yeah, and then the guy just walked away. I know if you're gonna pick a fight with me at least make it interesting."

He knows that they are not the poisonous kinds of snakes, but 100% lies and tells other people they are just to mess with them

He's an asshole we all know this

Ocudeus has a love-hate relationship with them

On one hand, he's impressed you're so comfortable living with five pythons

On the other hand, he doesn't like that they take up most of your time

He's possessive, okay?

Ais one day brings Princess over don't ask how he manage to get her through the city to play with your danger noodles

It goes well, for the most part

Princess and you are a little confused on how it's supposed to work but eventually she gets the hang of it :3

Kinda just....runs around them while they whip around trying to keep their eyes on her

For you and Ais it's like watching your kids have a play date

If he's ever doing anything important, he has at least one of them nearby so they can look over his shoulder so they can watch

You ask him why because there's a good chance of them, not caring

But he just smiles and says "Wouldn't want 'em to not feel included."

The best soulless AND snake dad

After waking up from a much-needed nap, you walk towards the room where you kept the enclosers for your snakes, you know that Ais will be visiting, so you won't have to worry too much about them being neglected, as at some points it felt like they were more of his pets than yours.

But you didn't expect to see Ais sitting on the floor, all five of your precious pets surrounding them as they held their heads up in curiosity. Him using one of his fingers to slowly caress the tops of them.

"Having fun there?" You said while leaning against the doorframe.

He turns around, looking up at you with an almost smug gaze. "Thought they could use the company."

You send an equally playful smile and walk up next to him. "How long have you been here, by the way?"

"Long enough that I snatched some of your leftovers."

"...You ate my food?-"

KURAS

Fascinated

That's the best way to describe his reaction to everything

Although he's mostly curious about how you're managing to take care of five giant pythons, given their diets in all

Definitely asked if can study them a bit, even though he's idk how many centuries old and most likely knows a lot about animals

But they are your pets so I guess it feels different

Offers to watch them whenever you can't, so he can observe them a little more

Whenever you come back home you just see him quietly writing things down while glancing at the snakes every few seconds

Once he finally looks up and spots you, he smiles and asks how the journey was

Although he is a doctor, he will do his best to keep up with the health of the precious ones

For you, of course <3

But that also means if there's ever a problem he's the one you turn too

So imagine having a carry a 100-200 pound reptile all the way to the clinic

Not only that but if you had a coin for every odd stare you got you could probably but another snake

Once you do eventually reach Kuras, he does take your concern seriously but if ends up just being a minor issue, don’t judge him if he chuckles a bit

“MC, he isn’t sick, I’m afraid he was just trying to mess with you.”

Oopsie

At least once a week he would bring one of them with him to chill at the clinic, it’s very cute to watch

He’ll be taking care of a patient while the little thing is resting in the background on a branch he bought from somewhere

And as time goes on, it becomes less of my pets and more of our pets

Walking in, your greeted with the sight of what looked to be Kuras sitting on the couch, reading, but what really caught you off guard was one of your pythons leaning over his shoulder, as if they were following along with whatever he was looking at.

The sight alone was enough to warm your heart.

Kuras eventually notices you, looking up from his book and softly smiling. “I was wondering where you had been.”

You nod, taking a seat next to him and gently rubbing the top of your pets head. “I suppose you were entertaining them in my stead?”

He laughs. “They all were well behaved enough, nothing out of the ordinary.”

Humming in response, you lean over to peak at the book, wondering what was so interesting about it that it caught a snakes attention. But before you could even start reading, Kuras spoke up again.

“Although, you might want to worry about finding more enclosures. I caught two of them mating in the tree.”

VERE

You know those cartoon villains that always have some kind of animal companion by their side? Yeah that’s Vere

Upon walking in, Vere's attention is automatically drawn towards them

Walking over and crouching down so he can have a better look

"Oh my, dangerous little darlings, aren't you?"

The only one out of the group to call dangerous animals cute in any way

I, unfortunately, can relate but that's not what we're talking about here

You just stand there and watch as he gently scratches underneath the chins of the reptiles, cooing at them as he does

Honestly it could be one of the few times you see him genuinely smile

Yes, you keep staring because you want to make sure you never forget this moment, why wouldn't you?

Will absolutely take care of them whenever you can't

In fact, he's the first one to volunteer

Except this time when you come home, he's laying down on his back, all five of them surrounding him in what only could be described as an odd cuddle pile

How he got them into that position without risking himself being suffocated, no one will ever know

But that's pretty much what you expect now whenever he's over

Even whenever you're not there, he still finds a way into your house

He keeps getting in because he stole the key

"Oh I wasn't expecting you to get home so early. ^_^" He says as he's currently putting different scarfs on the python

Please try to talk him out of this but he WILL attempt to teach them to suffocate and only harm the ones he dislikes

Yes that includes Leander-

If you try to stop him he'll smirk and tell you to let him have his fun

All in all an okay snake dad

You watched as Vere held one of your snakes in his hands, its head resting on his palm as he leans in close, cooing as he always did.

"Such a beautiful one you are, the perfect mix of viciousness and elegance." He continues as he caresses the tops of their head.

At a certain point, you think he cares more about them than you. And honestly, you wouldn't be surprised if he did. This was Vere we're talking about.

Looking back up at you, his grin widens, as he gently sets them down and stands up from his seat.

"Oh, come now, don't tell me your getting jealous."

You huff and walk past him, picking up your pet to move them back into their enclosure. "You wouldn't know."

Vere lets out a halfhearted laugh, before sitting back down and watching you take care of the little ones he's grow oh so fond of.

MHIN

In all honesty, wouldn't react as much as you think they would

I mean, they would be surprised, but not enough to raise any bells

They would mostly be questioning if you are actually able to care for all of them properly, given that Burmese pythons can have a fairly big appetite

Although most of their knowledge is in anatomy, they're willing to learn more about reptiles if it means giving you advice about caring for them

Definitely not also because it will be an excuse to talk to you

They toss you a kind of food for them and say, "I saw this somewhere in one of those books, thought you could learn from it."

Meany

Not the type to jump at the chance to volunteer to care for them, or really want to for that matter

No hard feelings just with everything else going on in their life they don't really think they'll have time for it

But that doesn't mean they abandon the idea altogether

If your gone for a long period, then they stop by every once in a while, to check on them, and feed them if needed

One time you came back unexpectedly early and you watched them move around with one of the snakes as if they were mimicking each other

Once they realized you had come back, they pretend as if nothing just happened, but they know, and you know that you saw the whole thing

Will still deny it to this day though

On the occasion whenever they pass by, they would hang out near the enclosures, never asking you to take them out but I guess just, preferring to stay close by

They'll never admit they enjoy them as much as they enjoyed cats

Watching closely, you look as Mhin softly drags one of their hands down the scaly body of your yellow-white python. Even if they didn't know it themselves, you were beginning to think that they had a favorite.

Although they were silent, you could see the calmness in their expression, how their eyes were softened instead of glaring, how their lips shaped into an almost invisible smile. It was rare seeing Mhin happy, even if it was barely noticeable. But it was enough for you to be as silent as possible, not wanting to ruin the moment for them.

But unfortunately, you were dealing with a hunter, so the truth was they had sensed you long before you even walked in.

"Are you going to just keep standing there or what?" You look unsettling."

You jump, not realizing their eyes had been set on you despite not even facing the same direction.

"Sorry, I didn't want to interrupt."

Their content gaze quickly fell to their usual scowl. "Their your damn pet, you wouldn't be interrupting anything."

Guess they did have a nice side.

whaa thank you!! i've been having a lot of fun seeing the gush passes get thrown around, it's so nice seeing people ramble

anyway i am always in the mood to yell about kaito >:) he's my friend and I LOVE HIM!! he's so goofy, he literally lights up any room he's in. i have a very strong urge to ruffle his hair whenever i see him just because i can, and he never gets really annoyed by it; he just rocks the bed head like it's a new style and it's so endearing 😭 raghh everything about him is endearing

we're both very relaxed people in general, but kaito is pretty intense about the people he cares about, which i adore about him. he's always making sure everyone has what they need, offering things like rides and food before anyone even has to ask, and just taking care of people!! it's part of his lore in my head that he KNOWS what it feels like to be alone or feel unwanted, and he goes very much out of his way to make sure the people around him don't ever feel like that, even people he doesn't know (which, this type of thinking has it's own problems but we don't have to get into that...)

this is specific but i love love love seeing art where his nails are painted. it's like a load bearing pillar of the way i see his personality at this point. everytime i just imagine him either meticulously laying paint on or having fun with glitter or paint pens and it's so adorable!! or letting rin/len/miku do his nails for him (POORLY) and then doing theirs for them in return!! and i really like imagining kaito doing my nails for me, especially because it makes it easier to laugh when i mess up lol

Request: Can I have your take on the yandere boys (purpled, ranboo, tommy, and tubbo) with a cat hybrid reader? Don't overwork yourself and remember self care! <3

A/n: This all platonic, nothing romantic. Also oops i didn't make it yandere- misread it.

Ranboo

He’d definitely be excited to meet you, especially since you’re a hybrid. He’s an enderman hybrid and you are? Oh a cat hybrid! That’s really cool! You two should hang out a few times- it’ll be great.

When he realizes and puts the pieces together, he gets ultra excited. Most cats don’t like water, right? So does that mean you don’t like water or- oh you definitely don’t like water! Or water in that way. Maybe water period- you know what he shouldn’t and won’t try that again.

Now you two playfully threaten each other with water. You, at least, would have a squirt bottle at the reader for whenever the moment is right. Ranboo does the same. Think old wild west style shoot off. That’s what happens.

There has to be loads of cuddle sessions with purring. Specifically to calm one of you down. Or both of you. Doesn’t matter, works all the same.

I don’t care what Mojang said; endermen can and will be fluffy.>:( They have to be. So you just pet each other to help calm down. Either be pet or pet, that is the question. Honestly it’s a “whatever you think works best for you bud” thing.

So I already mentioned how you helped with his anxiety. But I want to go slightly more in depth with it. Anytime he seems like he’s panicking, and you get his permission, you just flop on him and purr up a storm. The combination of weight, sound, heat and feeling is very comforting to him. You’re like a living weighted blanket!

Also you totally nap on him during this time, making it impossible for him to stand up and do anything. Just designated chill time.

When this man enderwalks, it’s a whole cute show. Just an enderman hybrid, slightly hunched and walking around the server, muttering stuff in a different language. Then you got that cat hybrid that’s following him and occasionally rubbing against him. Especially if they think he’s about to get into trouble.

Sometime he’ll just pick you up and carry you around with him. It’s the equivalent of a child picking up the family cat and walking around with it. He isn’t properly holding you so you do that cat slinky thing where they just elongate like a slinky. You aren’t pleased but you can’t get out of his grasp.

Tommy

Okay kinda following the headcannon that Tommy has wings here. But when he finds out you’re a cat hybrid? Oh man this is so cool! What cat things can you do? Do you know? Want to find out? Want to commit science with him?

He will drop you from great heights and free fall with you. It’s a fun activity only the two of you can enjoy together.

Before you hit the ground, he’ll do his best to grab you and land. Other times aren’t that fortunate so you just land on the ground yourself. Mostly on your feet but there were a few times Tommy messed you your angle. He’ll always make sure you’re okay by the end.

Like any bird, he will love to annoy you. There is no safe place. Look away or don’t pay attention when he’s talking? Grab and gentle yoink the tail. Loves to just attack your tail when you’re relaxed or least expect it.

Once he realizes what effect catnip has on you, it’s game over. He can get you to do whatever he wants! After you play, rub, eat and sniff the catnip. And if he can get and keep your attention. Maybe this was a mistake…

Will absolutely get you cat toys. You don’t enjoy them, yet you do. It’s Tommy’s way of patronizing you but they’re also so fun. Man what a conundrum....

His favorite toy to get you is a laser pointer. Easy entertainment for everyone! Plus it’s his secret weapon. Admittedly his newest. It was something he should’ve realized ages ago. But now? Oh it’s his new best friend- besides you of course.

Losing an argument? Pull out the laser pointer? Wanting you to do something because he’s too lazy? Point that little red dot at a point where you pouncing on it gets his job done.

Play fighting is a very common occurrence between the two of you. Happens right out of the blue. You two could literally be chilling on a hill and then you two are wrestling aggressively on the ground.

Tommy also tries to spook you. Is it effective? Sometimes. Usually not. But when he’s able to get you to jump and just bolt away screaming? Man those are the best reactions! You jump so high too!

Tubbo

Aw man, here comes another fuzzy duo!! You two can easily chill out with each other. It’s incredible. You both calm down together. And just chit chat so much. Emotional support friend? Sure.

You’re so good with Micheal too. Micheal just wants to pet you so much. Big cat? But also human? Good friend? Cool friend? Soft and fuzzy friend!! You’re like a giant talking cat to him, for lack of a better description. You can do human stuff. You just got some animal features.

Another duo that will just cuddle. Bring in Ranboo and Micheal while you’re at it. Make it a family cuddle session!! The little group will see two people cuddling and go “I must join���.

I feel he has an area to grow plants in Snowchester. He just has to. So you know what that means? He’ll grow you stuff! Load of cat grass and some catnip along with other greenery that you like to much on. He makes sure they aren’t poisonous to cats- wait how much of that will apply to you? Do you know?

Okay so you two play fight, but much less aggressively than you and Tommy would. You two also include Micheal. Very gentle play fighting then. Like ultra.

You two fight with what your instincts are telling you. Mostly acting out on the funny animal behaviors that’ll make Micheal laugh or just to have fun with it.

He will get you so many soft things. Just so much. Soft blankets, fluffy pillows and so much else man. Especially trying to get the squishy and soft stuff so you can knead it. Honestly a very endearing sight. You purr so heavily doing it.

Now you two will do gentle headbutts of affection. Very gentle, mind you. You two are very wary of the horns that peak through Tubbo’s fluffy hair. Sometimes the two of you won’t gently butt heads, but butt your heads against other body parts like the upper arm or shoulder. To grab attention and show affection.

Purpled

Now this relationship is going to be mildly different from the get go. There won’t be an innate sense of “what’s right” or how hybrids function as a being/person. See, Purpled is a human. You are a cat hybrid. Two very different species. The backgrounds and some of the body language is different, but you two manage quite well.

So he’ll treat you differently than the other hybrids. Well, only a wee bit. He’lll treat you like the others but in a different way, with a different tone to his actions. It’s very sweet, but you tell him it’s not necessary. He still does it.

One of the cat-like things he found out was that you don’t like water. People usually like water and some cats like water, yet you’re like a majority of cats. You despise getting wet. Attempts at smacking anything that’s getting you wet was what clued him in on this. Specifically when he accidentally did it. Oops.

You two can’t swim together. Napping is really out of the question because he has work and sleeping doesn’t seem like the most interesting activity. Although relaxing, it isn’t too productive.

Activities are hard to come by; stuff you’d want to do with Purpled is stuff he definitely doesn’t want to do and vise versa. After a standstill on what to do, you two started to get creative with the ideas.

Building super tall buildings? Although not safe for Purpled, you can easily take the fall. Along with that, Purpled is more than happy to build tall things. You can’t tell me otherwise because this man built a whole ufo.

Sometimes he’ll even bring you on his mercenary missions. It’s a cool way to hang out and have some more one-on-one time and you two get to work together. A very pog situation.

He tries to give you a part of the money; 50-50 for you guys. But you deny. It was his job, you just came around. Although not too happy about it, because you two worked together on this, he’ll concede. After all, he can just slowly slip the money into your house.

On these trips you not only provide companionship but you also are more than ready to work. Maybe playing coy and cute for a patron at a bar to lure them out and away from the public eye to be executed by Purpled. Or it could be a simple distraction of someone running by. Maybe you’re able to pickpocket the target and get what’s needed. You’re a cute and fuzzy swiss army knife

He loves to get on higher surfaces than you and try to pick you up. Even if it’s only enough to just get your feet on the ground. You do the little cat extension thingy and he thinks that’s super cool and funny. So he’ll do it often. Though you try to object, claiming to not enjoy the process at all. Yet that smile and giggles say otherwise.

On ep6 of Alchemy of Souls and one thing is making me laugh is the way other charas are like:" ah yes. Jang Uk and his maid who follows him everywhere, they're inseparable. if u know what I mean ;]"

I swear everybody (except Seo Yul somewhat bc he is suspicious abt Naksu and hs noticed Jang Uk improvement and shaneaningans is related to her) (also danggu who thinks somehow Yul and Mudeok have been romancing), everybody except those two above thinks Mudeok is Uk lover.

I men they're trying to marry off Jang Uk to Jin Choyeon(?) (did I wrote that right?) and everybody is like. Oh, what is going to be of poor Mudeok, surely she would/wouldn't follow him into the marriage. The implication being that she's either so close that is unimaginable she's gonna be left behind or so close she surely wouldn't be in the sme house as Uk official spouse.

I'm hollering bc I think Naksu knows this and is playing along when it suits her, see; her combo with the crown prince. Also, Jang Uk wishes he could be that secure in being Naksu's, his jealousy is very funny which is a new one for me. Usually I detest when people use jealousy in the rom plot but as he does nothing but nag at Naksu "please let it be clear I'm your one and only student and like, don't let other guys close enough to your eyes, for security of course" is almost sad.

When has someone last had such high expectations of him?? And said the ugly things to his face but also didn't think he was lesser bc he was a bastard or incorregible?? I mean valid criticism (although Naksu does go hard on him lol) to make him improve, not just demoralize him. Of course he's afraid she'll go with Seo Yul who seems to have some kind of history with her and is powerful and respected, etc. So like. It makes sense why Jang Uk is clingy and gets jealous easy.

I get more annoyed by the way he can be so so avoidant of what he doesn't like, which leads him to be an asshole to Naksu after all the trouble he went to make her his master. (but also flawed charas, yay! and then naksu goes, oh this how you're gonna be?? what if it's live or death then, you idiot? gonna go do what you were avoiding and want to secretly do now, eh? she knows how to push his buttons so well XD)

Also love how when he flirts or is saying nonsense and Naksu will just. Not take it seriously and tease him about how nonserious it is lol XD She has no time for all those convoluted side romances you silly guy. Their most rom moments are also the more serious, less outwardly romantic, just, the way their goals align and they take risk for each other, or they have serious conversations for once.

I almost though for a bit in ep1 and 2 that Seo Yul would be the ML, and Jang Uk the one with the more developed non rom relationship everyone shipped more with Naksu, lol. I was almost fine with it??? Bc I care about character building a lot, and him and Naksu were so interesting from the start for me that I went, ah the old boring romance VS complicated platonic/rom not canon ship which the writers are too cowards to canonized.

Then I noticed our protag was a woman this time!!! (the above scenario is usually a boring het vs fanon slash ship lol) Watched ep3!!! And noticed too, that Jang Uk is the one with the heavy plot and narrative sharing with Naksu (to the point she's feeling a bit shadowed by his King Star deal thing. but generally I like how they're juggling the two protags style!!) who gets into problems for her and bc of her and viceversa, while Seo Yul is a tsuntsun who can't deal lol

Anyways I'm enjoying a lot Alchemy of Souls, although the plot and the worldbuilding are not anything extraordinary and fall a bit into "meh" for me sometimes, bc I love the charas and dynamics of our two protags!!

Can't wait for ep7 tonight.

I am Terys, a hunter of Clan Lavellan, I go by she, and I'm Mythal's Chosen.

2. What is your gender identity, orientation and relationship status?

Gender identity is something different from elves to shem, but I feel comfortable being called a woman. I'm attracted to all kinds of people and single.

3. Where and when were you born?

I was born on the 7th day of the second month of Spring. The calendar we Elvhen use is different from the shem's Chantry's, but I think the month would be Cloudreach. I was born in my clan's camp, in Ferelden. We used to live there before the Blight.

4. What is your weapon of choice and fighting style?

I use daggers and I prefer finishing the fight before it starts. I try to kill as many of my enemies as I can before they notice me.

5. Lastly, are you happy?

That's a difficult question. I am and am not. There's a moment for every emotion. Just because my life is hard doesn't mean I don't find happiness. But my life has been hard.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS

1. What’s your family like? What is your relationship with them?

My family is wonderful, and I love them.

My mother is a very wise woman, she's the more quiet one, listening in on everything before speaking. As the Keeper, she's also a very powerful mage. My mom is wise as well, of course, but she's more adventurous and loud, my uncle still tells stories of all the trouble they got into as children.

My sister is a sweetheart. She loves finding things and learning, a bit like me, but she's more of a open book, despite her shyness. She also loves all kinds of dogs, especially the wolves our clan travels with, especially Arla, the pack's leader.

2. Have you ever ran away from home?

Never, and I've never thought about it or found the need, to be honest.

3. Would you consider marriage or having children?

I'd consider marriage, but having children isn't something I want. I'd rather just help my fellow clan mates with their kids when they need and I can.

4. Do you secretly hate one of your friends?

No. Not at all. But I have hated some of them, and they hated me back. But we have moved on from it. Cass and I only started getting along after Corypheus was defeated. I had that weight off my shoulders and she had started realizing her biases. Awkward talks ensued but we're friends now.

Viv and I started getting along after Haven fell. I realized that she truly cared for her fellow mages and everyone else, just has a different way of thought on how to protect them, and I spoke to her about Dalish mages, and how we didn't actually abandoned them in the wilds. I think my sister joining the Inquisition was also a great help.

5. Which friend knows everything about you?

The one friend whose goals would find him using that knowledge against me. Solas.

1. Are you literate? Have you been to school?

I can read and write both Elvhen and Trade, my Trade was a bit rusty before joining the Inquisition. I was taught alongside my clan mates my age many different things, trades and history, survival and the ways of nature, religion. And I tried to learn more, and learned much more as life went on.

2. The eeriest prediction you made that later came true?

I may have made a few jokes about Solas being the mastermind behind the Breach.

3. What is something you were embarrassingly late to realize?

That the rumors Mother Giselle warned me about weren't that Dorian was manipulating me, or that we were working together for nefarious ends, but that we were in a relationship. I only realized it when Dorian made a joke about it, when he was saying his goodbyes.

4. Do you have mental health or physical issues?

I obviously have one physical issue, my missing arm. Thankfully I have a prothesis, but it causes problems of its own. And my mental health is... Probably shaky. I'm more paranoid and anxious than I used to be.

5. What is your current main goal?

My current goal is to stop Solas from ending this world. Hopefully finding a way to return it to it's natural state in a peaceful way.

HAVE YOU EVER

1. Been caught sneaking out?  

Yes. My sister and I used to sneak out to explore ancient Elvhen ruins, after they were cleared by the hunters. We told our mothers we were going to gather blueberries, but they caught on the lie. I suspect they sent some hunters to watch over us without being caught.

Once we got older my sister and I still went to explore the ruins, but this time with authorization, and a couple of my hunter friends as backup.

2. Broken a bone?

A couple, it happens when you're a hunter, or a reckless kid, or when you're trying to repair a big hole in the sky made by a Magister.

3. Received flowers?

Yes. Romantically and platonically. Dalish kids love making flower crowns, it's something that keeps their hands busy and that they can brag about.

4. Ghosted someone?

No. When you're Dalish there aren't many ways to ghost someone, even if it's during an Arlathvenn, so you don't really find the need later in life, even outside the clan.

5. Pretended to laugh at a joke you didn’t get?

Never. This may be the cause of a couple of Josephine's grey hairs.

At first I'm shy and introverted and it takes a while for me to open up. I feel like my resting b*tch face scares people away sometimes, haha. At times when I'm upset, I don't know when to shut up and I say hurtful things. I overthink things a lot and it really slows me down to the point where I get depressed and I completely shut down. I hold a strong passion for art and music because they're the only things that get me by. People tell me a lot that I'm a pretty girl, so my confidence is on point. However, on rare occasions I find myself wishing if I could just get rid of my naturally chubby cheeks. I'm 5'6', leo (INFP-T) and I get along with most people. I get along with a lot of geminis, aquarius, libras, aries and tauruses. When something isn't right between me and another person, I want to talk things out and understand their side. I'm a good person to come to when people need to get some weight off their chest and I'm especially generous to friends and people I love. I often come up with the dumbest questions/scenarios to talk about when I'm bored. I like the idea of going around and pulling harmless pranks on people. I've never had a boyfriend before, but if I did have one I'd be very affectionate and clingy. I'd cause play fights and give him stupid nicknames. Hi, this is my first time doing matchups, so I’m sorry if this doesn’t fit, but here’s what I think. JJBA has a lot of characters, but I’ll narrow it down from parts 1-5 because I haven’t fully read the manga yet. 

I have some character headcanons for this, and I’ll rank it by compatibility:

1. Joseph Joestar (Part 2)

At first you two would bicker and quarrel a lot. He’d note your shyness and how quiet you are, practically taunting you to say something, even if it is out of annoyance towards him.

He’d do some goofy stuff, pulling pranks on people, but you caught him while he was on his hideout. With a displeased look on your face, you pursed your lips. He tried explaining his elaborate prank on Caesar.

At first, you were trying so hard to keep a stern look on him, so that he’d stop goofing around. You didn’t dare to show him your ‘crackhead’ side yet, you two just weren’t close enough for you to do that.

But his weirdly appealing ridiculousness soon got the best of you, and you couldn’t help but laugh at him.

He was surprised by your laugh. “Oh my god!”

It was a long and slow progress, but you were finally ready to show how amused you were, at first by witnessing his pranks, soon followed by you giving ideas and suggestions. Before you knew it, you started helping him set them up, taunt Caesar, and hide with Joseph near the trap, spying on the unknowing Caesar.

Caesar seems really irritated at you two, trying hard to not let his guard now whenever either of you are around. If he catches you two together, a funny, ironic confrontation happens, because it’s two against one.

One of the most memorable moments of you and him is when he made you try ink spaghetti.

He seems like he doesn’t care about little things, but he gave you a silent compliment when he accidentally encountered you singing and playing music.

You have a competition on who’d make the worst (and by worst I mean best, corniest) jokes. Caesar hates it when you hold one of those competitions around him, he’d just get up and leave the room.

He might unintentionally tease you about your cheeks (sorry! chubby cheeks are cute, don’t feel bad!) but when he sees that it bothers you, he’ll try so hard to lift your spirits up again.

“Hey, (y/n)! I didn’t mean it like that, I’m sorry! Your cheeks are cute, if they were asses I’d slap them.”

He’d pinch your cheeks to make you stop sulking.

“Your cheeks are fine, now cheer up.”

The relationship between you and Joseph could be entire platonic, one-sided, or romantic, though I’d advise you to stay friends. You two make a great duo, but Joseph is emotionally shallow, he doesn’t show much affection, at least not until you die a tragic death, crushed by a stone, leaving him behind. Only then will he show how valuable you were as a person to him.

If he’s into you, he makes a lot of sexual innuendos. The Barney-Robin type of chemistry from ‘How I Met Your Mother’.

He doesn’t like cuddling.

But he likes play fights and weird nicknames. 

2. Josuke Higashikata

Josuke would be the best friend type of boyfriend. The one you can talk to, play games, but also share sentimental moments with.

It might be a little awkward at first between you and him, but once the ice cracks, the conversation doesn’t tire out.

Congratulations, you unlocked an achievement: Josuke’s bed head. 

Do not tease him about his hair, unless you need a quick, free way off the planet.

He enjoys seeing you do your hobbies. He might sing with you.

If you were upset, he’d be shocked a little bit, but tries his best to be understanding and to comfort you. He’d let you lay your head on his lap or ask if you wanted any food.

He won’t force you to talk, if you don’t answer his “What’s wrong, baby?”, he’ll just rub your shoulder and stay next to you, an ear ready for consolidation. But he’ll leave you alone if you ask him to.

Fights do happen, but you usually talk it out after a couple days.  

He rolls his eyes when you say one of your corny dad jokes.

But he likes the harmless pranks.

Playing video games together, with you wearing his hoodie/clothes.

He’s not afraid to show some vulnerability, though at first he might try to stop the tears during a sad movie.

During horror movies, he’ll show little to no reaction. Not out of toxic masculinity, but he just needs a little more to actually get him scared.

He’s really glad to show you his nephew. He thinks the age difference is cool.

3. Jonathan Joestar

You and Jonathan would make a good couple.

He would be understanding and would compliment on how beautiful you are.

Loves to see you draw, paint, or hear you sing. He doesn’t join in on it, though, he’s a little shy.

Would never make you cry. If he did, he’d never forgive himself for being so ungentlemanly. Let him repent his sins for a while.

5′6″ is by no means short but Jonathan is BUILT. He’d pick you up, bridal style, and carry you around.

Doesn’t mind cuddling.

Doesn’t like your dad jokes. He doesn’t hate it, but he could live without it.

Other headcanons with random characters:

Art rivalry with Kakyoin. You don’t even get to talk to Rohan, he hates you if you were around Josuke.

Polnareff would definitely flirt with you.

Doing weird, random, goofy shit with Mista and Narancia.

Abbacchio either hates your dad jokes or joins you in making them. His retorts are horribly unfunny.

I had a date today.

The first first date in the longest time.

And he was once about 4-5yrs ago, my meta.

And we didn't originally get along 😅

But, over the years we ended up becoming closer and becoming friends... and both of us catching feelings we ignored the f out of because we didn't think the other was actually interested as well.

And then I came out as trans, assuming he was straight.

He had a sexuality crisis between me and some others who were also not cis men or gender conforming...

And he decided to come out and eventually after a very pretty selfie of mine in the group chat, decided to tell me that I was hot.

... which led to a lot of ramped up flirting bc we'd been discussing that we're both demi sexual and queer and I realised (finally) that if he's attracted to me like that as much as had been implied, he probably also had actually romantic feelings for me because he tends to need romantic feelings first (I can need anything from strong platonic to strong romantic).

So, when he asked me on a date, I said yes.

Despite my 'I'm not going to date for a year!' thing... I've been single for a while, feeling the urge to slowly date again and he's got strong green flags, some light orange ones and we discussed then thoroughly.

We discussed communication styles, the concerns we had, what we want potentially long term (we have similar long term goals, but are aware that things are going to be very up in the air as life develops because we're in our mid 20's), how we want to handle conflicts, etc.

He makes me feel incredibly comfortable, incredibly safe and respected and cared for. We both admitted we hit the 'in love' point with each other at least a few months back, around the same time, but didn't want to fuck it up and would rather have friendship than lose each other because we genuinely adore each other and see each other as important parts of our lives.

He loves my chaos, he likes that I'm passionate and jumpy and sappy and affectionate. I like that he is calm and patient and sweet and we have similar love languages. We balance each other out really well and have similar values.

We're also really mindful of each other's traumas and discuss them openly and how we want to navigate healing and what boundaries we have.

We discussed boundaries for what we want others to know about each other.

It was just, a really sweet and loving night.

It also was slightly 18+ at times... and we were absolutely thrilled to be with each other like that and it was the most I've laughed and smiled and felt grounded and safe during that my entire life.

I barely dissociated, it was like one moment for a few seconds and I was easily able to pull myself back there by focusing on his arms and I was safe and okay again and he had his hand running through my hair, giving my nose a kiss with his other hand on my thigh, just holding me close to him.

And I was safe to snuggle into him, he didn't mind, he talked to me the entire time and kept me grounded (we'd talked about the fact that I need to be talked to so I'm less likely to dissociate and have a panic attack). He had the lights dimmed so my dysphoria and adhd didn't make things harder.

And afterwards, we just cuddled each other and kissed so much and talked more about our memories together and how we want to tell people eventually and what future dates we want to go on and what barriers we both have.

He is a sweetheart, and I will take the romantic side of this relationship slow. It's not a commitment we're jumping straight into headfirst.

But, we are going to work on it slowly and consistently and I'm definitely going to have moments of anxiety because I always do and neither of us expect this to be perfect or easy, but we're honest with each other and we're committed to doing what is best for ourselves and growing and keeping each other in a position that's comfortable and healthy.

But I'm really glad I said yes to this date, because he makes me happy and I don't regret this at all.

“Rich, will you just calm down?” Stan almost let out a laugh at the sight of his friend pulling at his hair pacing around the living room of their shared apartment.

“I can’t, Stan. I mean- I just- I don't… what if he says no? What if I screw it up and he laughs in my face or what if-?” Richie was nervous. No, scratch that. He was terrified. Stan had never seen him quite like this.

“Dude, Eddie loves you. There’s no way he’s gonna say no so can you just relax? It’s gonna be fine. He’s not gonna be here for another half hour or so. Just sit for a little while. Your pacing is driving me damn near insane.” Stan rolled his eyes and patted the spot next to him on the couch signaling Richie to sit beside him.

“I can’t just sit, Stanley. I’m freaking out here, man!” He sits down anyway. “I don’t know what I’m gonna say. I’ve gone over it in my head a million times but nothing seems right. Eddie deserves the absolute best. It should be special and romantic and I should’ve planned this out better. He’s gonna hate it.” Richie wrings his hands together, which is something he does when he’s nervous or uncomfortable. Stan notices and immediately wraps his right arm over Richie’s shoulders and gives him a comforting squeeze.

“You’ll know what to say. When the moment comes I’m sure the words will come to you. They always do, right? That’s why you never shut the hell up.” Stan removes his arm from Richie’s shoulders to ruffle his hair with a smirk.

“Alright! Staniel gets in a good one!” Richie laughs and shoves Stan’s hand away. “You’re right though. I should stop worrying. Otherwise I’ll get all sweaty and then I’ll have to change my shirt. Oh wait… I should change my shirt shouldn’t I? Should I change my outfit? Ah shit, Stan do these shoes even match? This is all wrong. Even if I do get the words out right, he’ll be way to distracted by my poor outfit choice to even notice.” Stan rolled his eyes again.

“Since when do you care about fashion, Richie? Eddie has been with you long enough to know that you’re a lost cause when it comes to style. I also know this. You know this. Everyone knows this. It doesn’t matter what you wear or what you say. The only thing that matters is that you love Eddie and Eddie loves you. For some strange and unknown reason. I haven’t really figured that one out yet.” Stan smirks again and jabs his elbow into Richie’s side to let him know that he’s only joking. Richie let’s out a loud laugh.

“You’re on a roll tonight, Stan the Man. Hey listen… I’ve been meaning to ask you. If it all does go right… wanna be my best man?” Stan raised his eyebrows in surprise. I mean, sure he and Richie were close. They lived together for Christ’s sake. But he’d known Bill longer. Hell, he was sure Richie would ask Bev to be his best man before he’d ever consider Stan. Richie seemed to read his mind.

“Don’t look so surprised. I love all you losers, but you’re my best friend, Stan. For some strange and unknown reason. I haven’t figured that one out yet. And besides, you’d definitely throw the best bachelor party.” Richie grinned and Stan couldn’t help but do the same.

“Sure. Yeah. I’d love to Richie. But you’re definitely not getting any strippers at the party. Eddie would actually murder me. Can’t be your best man if I’m dead.” They both laugh, but stop when they hear a knock on the front door.

“Oh shit. He’s here. He’s early. Why is he early? Oh shit. Oh shit shit shit. Okay. Shit. Okay. Do I look alright?” Richie frantically runs his hands through his hair and pulls at his clothes.

“You look great, Rich. Chill out. Go answer the door and act like it’s just any other date night. You have the ring right?” Richie’s eyes widen as he manically checks all of his pockets. He finds it in his back pocket and sighs in relief, giving Stan a nod. Stan returns the nod and all but shoves him towards the door. Richie let’s out a shaky breath.

“I can’t breathe.” He whispers.

“It’s gonna be fine. He’s gonna say yes. He loves you. Now answer the door before he gets suspicious.” Stan orders. Richie huffs out another breath as he pulls open the door to reveal a very cute looking Eddie. He’s wearing that big baby blue sweater that Richie bought him for his birthday and Richie thinks he might die.

“Hey, Chee!” Eddie steps forward and stands on his tiptoes to press a kiss to Richie’s cheek. Richie blushes and that makes Eddie giggle. Which makes Richie blush even more.

“Heya, Eds!” Richie smiles down at him and he can feel the nervousness that he felt before start to fade.

“Gross. Get outta here you two. Before I start gagging.” Stan dramatically makes a face of disgust while trying to hide his smile.

“You just want us out so you can call Bill over. I know what you two get up to when you have the apartment to yourself. Just don’t have sex on the couch. Or in my bed.” Richie laughs. Stan’s smile disappears and it’s quickly replaced with a deep blush.

“Ready to go, Eds?”

“Sure. Where exactly are we going?”

“You’ll see. It’s a surprise.” Richie says as he starts to close the door behind them. He turns to look at Stan one last time, silently begging for some reassurance from his best friend. Stan sees this and gives him a smile and a nod. Richie uses the gesture as a last boost of confidence and closes the door. Stan can still barely hear them talking as they walk down the hallway outside.

“Come on, Rich! I hate surprises. You know I do.” Eddie practically whines.

“Well you’ll like this one. I’m trying to be spontaneous. Quit complaining or I’ll leave you here and go by myself.” Richie laughs. Stan chuckles at the sound of them going back and forth. He’s happy for them. He knows it’ll all work out and that they’ll all soon be attending their wedding with him as the best man. He thinks it’ll probably be in the fall. Eddie loves the fall. He reaches into his own back pocket and pulls out a small black box. As he looks down at it in his hands he smiles at the thought of it all working out for him as well. All of them attending another wedding with Richie as the best man. Probably during the winter. Bill loves the snow.
