I took some kratom extract today. My doctor warned against it because it’s not good with people who have had history of psychosis. But I needed something to take the edge off. I was miserable. I get to spend a week in Mexico with my family for my cousins wedding with all of my aunts, my uncle, my cousins and my granny. BUT my man can’t come. And the thought of being without him is too much. I really feel like a sail boat at sea without a sail when he’s not around or I have no set time in the near future (like that day lol) to see him. I think about him constantly. I don’t think it’s ~unhealthy~ but it definitely affects me and my mood. It’s hard to be present. So the kratom just takes the edge off of it and makes me feel a little lighter in mood and existence. I’m hoping I can fly to Mexico with the capsules.
