Look to those who utter proven lies, who withhold resources and build shoddy, deficient systems, all so they can enrich themselves, rather than you or anyone else. They are the ones that deserve your anger.

Perhaps these may not be distinct groups. Sometimes those who are treated better and those who purposely treat you poorly are one and the same. But sometimes they are not.

Knowing the difference, and knowing who should truly be held accountable, is where true wisdom lies.

A general statement of how I feel about Elsword now since I’ve returned to Tumblr. Not positive at all so I’m putting this under a read more.

It’s been a while since I’ve made this blog, and I must say I cannot see Elsword the same way I did when I first played it several years ago when Yama Raja was released.

I still have NA installed onto my laptop much to my chagrin, but playing it has become such a chore that I only log on when people need me… and the people who do need me tend to just use me for the day and call me back when they need me again.

KoG has managed to create such a wonderful game with characters and gameplay I cannot find anywhere else, yet ruined it with cash grabs and shitty management. I don’t think NA/INT servers will last as long as the KR server. I give it a couple years if I’m being honest with its dwindling population and the people I’ve already known to hop ship.

It’s a damn shame, really. I’ve only ever played this MMO. I’ve tried many others, but I always drop them shortly after.

Despite that, I still like to think about the characters. I’ll try to be a little silly on this blog once in a while as a treat.

lets start off as normal as possible <3 noahmio from the hit game xenoblade chronicles 3, aka "so much of a ship you come to expect to be one way and then the game throws like a billion curveballs at you" i cant Quite go into full detail without going on like, an entire tangent about 2 other characters from xbc3, but trust me on this otay? they r good. i like them. self recognition through the other via being able to peek into each others memories + having similar positions + teaching each other and coming to understand and deconstruct how they view life/what they want to do with their life. hrghrghrghg

good god. self recognition through the other but concerned. these two are the fucking same (living their whole lifes under their fathers/sisters shadow, wanting to prove themselves/help their family no matter the cost) and it hurts so bad. why would they do this. YOU KNOW WHAT LOOKING SOMETHING UP TO INFLICT ON YOU MADE ME REALIZE, THEY STRAIGHT UP DO MIRROR EACH OTHER. GOOD GOD. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I jumped in for few hours to check out the new character in Elsword and well. Meh?

I expected Lithia to have her own subset of dungeons. It's been a pattern ever since Laby was introduced (as best character). Laby's dungeons were not great but at least they were playable and they were not annoying. They also, to an extend, fit with what Laby can actually do. This is not the case for Noah, his dungeons suck such a major ass, they're seriously shite and borderline unplayable and are sole reason why I could not have been bothered to level up Orpheus. They're long, clunkly and they're not fit for Noah himself. Like a lot of times you'd spent your entire mana bar for a spell to just fly over monsters' head and do fucking fuck all. Also not a single one of Noah's classes have any good damaging spells that don't spent 3 years cooling down. Like no ma'am, KoG was high of their ass when they were designing these.

Well Lithia's are even worse when it comes to playability. They're not actually dungeons per se, they're like slide shows with fighting in between. She can clear them no problem so far but it's really time consuming and sluggish. And much to my surprise they do not actually reward any experience. I'm not pulling your leg, dungeon that demands you to kill 30 trash monsters is not even giving you any exp. You simply get enough experience to continue on on certain milestones. Streamlines the experience of these god awful dungeons but it is seriously lazy design and it's really bad. Other than that, nothing to write home about, it's been almost 20 years and this game is as unplayable as ever, I don't know how you reach enough combat power to even play these nonsensical end game content.

Oh also to much surprise and tear triggering moment they made secret dungeons require like 500k combat power and I don't even know what do you do as a washed out player like me. Seriously, SD were the only remnants of this game that I knew how to play, I'd jump in every few months to make few runs and now they've taken that away from me. I have nothing.

Beside that, uh, I don't know. 2 outta 10 nothing ground breaking, it is bit lazy and whatever. Cool visuals, cool idea as per usual but the game is made unplayable by the constant feature creep and power creep that is soo excessive. Git gud and learn how to make viddy game, I guess?

im pissed. i just opened the rigo armor cube from the growth guide thing.... and i picked the wrong armor. i'm playing revenant for the first time. actually-- i havent played in over two years. even when I did play, I never made it past varny so this is my first time really interacting with the rigo armor and the reforge system, but whatever. so i did some research (very poor research evidently) and i picked the vermillion armor because i thought that'll give me more combat power than crimson (for some reason? i dunno the asd was throwing me off). guess what? the armor, reforged to +9, and socketed only took my combat up by 79,000. only then did i realize i fucked up. now i need to pay $108 to fix this mistake. all of the time and money ive spent on this raven, all for him to be bested by some goddamn colored armor. i could wait 3 years for kog to give out a free armor color change thing. sigh, thats enough elsword for today. gonna go cry now.
