yes, first set a calorie intake that is not too high but its also not too low, lets say 1k calorie intake daily (I know it sounds like a lot but is better than what it could be 3k+)
with a high calorie intake focus on volume eating, so that way you can feel satisfied and actually full with less calories
Do not plan on omad, eat when you are hungry and don't eat if you are not hungry, but get the feeling of freedom, since you've been restricting for a while your body kinda wants to take control over and thats why binges happen, because we just want to get loose and fuck it all.
satisfy your craving with a low calorie version of that food. feeling like having something sweet? then eat some zero sugar greek yogurt (active has really good ones that are 50 calories each, or light & fit are great too for the same amount of calories) want something crispy? fine, seaweed is really great alternative or even goldfish orpringles have a low calorie version puffs.
focus on protein, more protein will make you feel fuller for longer and keep adding vegetables and fruit to your diet. try to avoid added sugar and stick with natural sugar from fruit. want a toast with jelly? fine get a low calorie bread (you can find a low calorie bread at dollar tree is like 35calories each slice or if not, keto bread in a grocery store is 40 calories each) that with 6 blueberries that you warm up in a pan with a little bit of water, then you smash them and made them into a marmalade for your toast, that ends up being 46 calories each. <3
drink plenty of water, I would say have one sip of water between each bite and don't overexercise, first try to build a routine and then try to do the same thing over and over and over again. having the same meals for a while helps to get back in track <3

hi water!! 🫶🫶 i am 5'3 and weigh 134 lbs, how much weight do you think i can lose by christmas? i am going on a ski trip, so i can't be too lightheaded and weak but i refuse on this trip fat as this. much love as always!!

If you eat 500 calories max daily you will be facing to a 10-15lbs for sure!!
Just make sure you eat in a high volume low calorie diet so you can stay functional and feeling full. If needed then take some supplements or electrolytes to feel energized <3

Hi water!!
I wanted to ask, how long does it take for laxatives to start working and how long do the effects last? I never actually took them because I was scared I wouldn’t time it right. I have school and rhythmic gymnastics training and don’t want to be stuck in the bathroom if they last a long time.

It really depends on the kind of lax that you take, I take the overnight relief so at around 5am is already making effect and it last sometimes all the day (but I take 5 pills, more than what they recommend in the package because I am crazy) but they should last for like 5 hours no more, I would definitely recommend that if you are going to take lax do it when you know you don’t have any extra stuff to do first so you can see how your body reacts to it and don’t have an accident while doing your extracurriculars.
Since I take more pills they last me almost all day, sometimes even the day after, is not like crazy that I can’t control it but it does gives me stomach pains, definitely keep yourself hydrated, the more that you hydrated your body the more that you will defecate
If you are going to use lax go slow and not crazy like me, stay safe tho <3

For weight loss learn how to layer some clothes specially now that is getting cold, so they don’t see your body and try to apply a coffee mascara in your eye bags from time to time, fake it till you make it friend, push yourself harder to have more energy when you are around them and act normal. If you need to take electrolytes then do or caffeine (green tea, matcha, coffee?)

Hi water, I just wanted to ask if you have any tips for going on holiday with family. I’ve been restricting really well lately but i’m afraid bc when i go on holiday my family will watch what i eat really carefully and make sure i eat three meals. Do u have any tips on how to avoid eating pls 😭🙏

my friend you will need to wake up before your family and dirty some dishes to pretend that you had an early breakfast that way you can get out from eating breakfast.
for lunch I would say try to go out (if its possible and if you are allowed) alone and then grab something to take with you on the go and then proceed to dispose it in the trash, if this is not possible then while you are in a holiday your intake might be higher to don't risk getting caught, sometimes is better to go for the long run than fuck it everything and end up being not able to restrict at home. if thats the case, then fast before the vacation and after the vacation, that way you can get rid of the extra weight and like nothing happened.
make sure that you are always overestimating, going out to eat? get the lowest calorie in the menu or google the menu before so you can think about your choices before getting there.

Aww you are so sweet, this really made my day, but you can work on getting pretty legs<3
they were indeed big here a picture before and after.i did thighs workouts because even tho we can not spot fat burn, we can tighten up the muscle by activating it. Here are some of my favorites yt videos. Also walking helps a lot with slimming your legs (hence why I started walking so much, I wanted skinny legs because I have long legs)

I don’t track my expenses, but I should, I spend so much money on ballet and skating that’s probably why my mom doesn’t get upset at me, because at least I don’t waste money on food LOL

In your opinion, is it too late to start practicing ballet as an adult? I've always loved ballet but classes weren't something available to me growing up.
in my opinion is never too late, you might not be able to do it professionally but you would be able to still learn some technique and fulfill that inner child that always wanted to do ballet. I would totally recommend on you doing some extra stretches at home so you can pick some flexibility because thats a must at ballet.
but I don't think that anything is impossible, it just might take some extra work but is never impossible. <3

Is it realistic to aim for 5lbs a week of loss? If so howwww do i do it mrs water love ya xx
It is not impossible! You just have to have a low calorie intake (be honest with yourself, can you have the self control to stick with a 300-400 calorie intake? )if the answer is yes then you’ll be losing about that amount per week (unless you are very underweight then it will take longer to lose weight)
If you can’t do a very low calorie intake then focus on a different calorie intake (let’s say 500-700 calories per day) and add 1hr workout daily.
Whichever way you choose MALE SURE YOU ARE EATING IN A HIGH VOLUME DIET (less calories for more food) THIS WILL SAFE YOU FROM BINGING AND WILL KEEP YOU FULL
