Any sources you wanna link on that "amber heard is an abuser" post or nah?
I have reblogged concrete evidence many times. My post was about the way people ignore the evidence - and you proved my point, because you would have seen the evidence if it hadn’t been ignored.
But yeah here it goes.
In 2009 Amber Heard was arrested for assaulting her then wife. She tried to get it erased from her record in 2011, around the time she met Johnny Depp. When this information got out in 2016 after her allegations against Johnny Depp, there was a public statement accusing the arresting officers of misogyny and homophobia, saying it was blown out of proportion and thus it was dismissed. However, the arresting officer spoke out about this accusation. Turned out, the cop was a woman, a lesbian, and a gay rights activist. She witnessed the assault, court documents say the victim ASKED for the arrest, wasn’t forgiving at the time of the arrest, and also, it was only dropped because they were in a different state. Audio from the court hearing.
Johnny’s court documents reveal that his team have been interviewing other women who claimed they were abused by Amber Heard. Those testimonies have not been released, so at this point it’s only a claim, but it’s worth noting. Amber’s friend Laura Divenire gave a sworn testimony that she saw Amber verbally abusing her now former assistent though.
Photos of Johnny Depp’s lnjuries:
Some of the witness statements that have been released so far, from people who either saw Amber abusing Johnny, or the direct aftermath.
Pictures were taken by his bodyguards, a sworn declaration of one of them:
Declaration of Tara Roberts, estate manager for Johnny Depp’s island
Estate manager of the building he and Amber lived in
In August 2016, Amber was made to sit for a deposition. In this deposition, she is of course asked to talk about her allegations. But she is also questioned about Johnny’s claims that she abused him. Amber deflects the questions, avoids answering directly, or tries to say that any violent act was done in self-defense. Interestingly, in her 2019 response to Johnny’s lawsuit against her, she claims she only hit him once in defense of her sister. This incident is actually the one Travis McGivern talks about. Though his version is very different. You can certainly think it’s just a he said, she said thing. But Amber’s sister never testified on Amber’s behalf, and to this day is still not listed as a witness, even though according to Amber, she was there.
(I will also remind you, that Johnny’s hand was in cast because of the finger injury that happend a few weeks prior - his right hand, his dominant hand, he was under medical care, and Amber claimed he got so angry that she got so scared that for the first and only time, she had to punch him to save her sister. A man with his dominant hand in cast. Whose version is more likely?)
But anyway, back to the point. Even if she had acted in self-defense, it is certainly interesting she now claims she hit him in self-defense only ONCE, when under oath, she admits to other incidents. Make of it what you will.
Amber is played an audio in which she and Johnny discuss an incident in which Johnny says he was in the bathroom, she was trying to get in. In the end, he opened the door, accidentaly scraped her toes, he bent down to look, she hit him with the door and then punched him. On the tape, all she does is say she didn’t mean the door thing, she apologizes and says she did mean to punch him. Now after the audio is played, she says she was actually hiding from him and he was trying to get in the room… weird she didn’t object to his version on the tape.
She avoids answering if she ever thrown anything at him, but when they say it was witnessed by employees, she asks “whose employees?” and then says “oh that’s true”
“I don’t know what has hit him” in other words “yes I have thrown things, but I don’t remember what actually hit him”
An accidental slip “whenever he was hit” (so not just once in self-defense? hmm) Calling him dramatic.

1. A former Google star engineer charged with stealing trade secrets from its self-driving car program has agreed to plead guilty in a deal with prosecutors, according to court documents filed Thursday.
Anthony Levandowski, 39, was a founding member of an autonomous vehicle project in 2009 called 'Chauffeur,' one of Google's more ambitious undertakings. Several years later Levandowski began thinking of leaving Google for another self-driving endeavor that was eventually named 'Otto,' the plea deal said.
He began negotiating with ride-sharing giant Uber to invest in or buy Otto while he was still working at Google, and admits having downloaded a whole series of documents a few months before his resignation in January 2016.
'Prior to my departure, I downloaded thousands of files related to Project Chauffeur,' Levandowski said in court documents.
Levandowski was leader of the light-detecting and ranging (LiDAR) team when he resigned from Google without notice.
The technology is important for self-driving cars to measure distances and avoid obstacles.
Levandowski will plead guilty to a count of theft and attempted theft of trade secrets in exchange for prosecutors dropping the rest of the charges filed against him, the court filing showed.
He could face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine under sentencing guidelines, but a federal judge would be free to determine the punishment.
'All of us have the right to change jobs, none of us has the right to fill our pockets on the way out the door,' US attorney David Anderson said in a release announcing the original counts of theft and attempted theft of trade secrets last year.
The allegations came out in a civil case in which Google's self-driving car division, now renamed Waymo and under its parent Alphabet, accused Uber of stealing trade secrets.
2. The mayor of West Hollywood, John D’Amico, has tested positive for COVID-19. D’Amico did not attend a City Council meeting on Monday due to feeling ill, and informed City Manager Paul Arevalo that he’d tested positive, reports WeHoVille. Arevalo then informed all staff members to leave work and shut city buildings to the public and all non-essential staff. A full sterilization of facilities will happen soon.
“The mayor is taking every precaution as directed by his physician and public health directives,” said the city’s announcement. “[D’Amico] is home resting and practicing an abundance of self-care. His husband is doing fine and is doing his part to quarantine at home with Mayor D’Amico. To facilitate their household’s focus on wellness, the mayor is asking for privacy at this time.”
D’Amico, 57, is openly gay and HIV positive. World health organizations warn that people over the age of 60 may have an increased risk of severe coronavirus infection. While HIV positive people have to be more vigilant about their overall health, there is no evidence that HIV+ folks on antiretroviral therapy have greater risk of COVID-19.
West Hollywood and Long Beach now have the most confirmed COVID-19 infections of any Los Angeles County city or neighborhood by capita, with 12 cases in each area as of Thursday.
3. Florida Dem rep Andrew Gillum was found in a hotel room at Mondrian South Beach last Friday morning with two other men, Travis Dyson, 30, and Aldo Mejias, 56. Gillum, a married dad-of-three who narrowly missed out on becoming Florida's first black governor, was too 'inebriated' to tell cops what went down.
Dyson, a male escort, was found naked and in the throes of a drug overdose. Images obtained by DailyMail.com show baggies of 'crystal meth', empty beer bottles and pills scattered among trash and soiled bedding in the room. There's a small bottle of an injectable medicine containing alprostadil which is typically used to treat erectile dysfunction and shouldn't be mixed with alcohol. Beer bottles and sheets covered in bodily fluids can also been in the photos, obtained from police under Freedom of Information law.
Gillum, who has three young children with his wife R. Jai Howard, whom he while studying at Florida A & M, issued a further statement Sunday evening.
'After conversation with my family and deep reflection, I have made the decision to seek help, guidance and enter a rehabilitation facility at this time,' he said.
'This has been a wake-up call for me. Since my race for governor ended, I fell into a depression that has led to alcohol abuse.'
Gillum, who lost the gubernatorial election to Republican Ron DeSantis in 2018, is stepping down from 'public facing roles' to 'heal fully and show up in the world as a more complete person'.
'I want to apologize to my family, friends and the people of Florida who have supported me and put their faith in me over the years,' he added, requesting privacy for his family.
4. Amber Heard smirks, rolls her eyes and nibbles on cookies as she's forced to listen to herself admitting on tape that she 'clocked' Johnny Depp in the face. The 33-year-old actress was confronted with the bombshell recording as she sat down for a deposition during their bitter 2016 divorce.
As DailyMail.com revealed on Tuesday, it captures the then-husband and wife discussing a violent incident in which Depp claims he was struck by a bathroom door and punched in the jaw. Heard denies slamming the door into him intentionally but apologizes on tape for deliberately hitting the Pirates of the Caribbean actor, pleading: 'I just reacted and I'm sorry. It's below me.'
She shakes her head and rolls her eyes as Depp, 56, says on the tape: 'I'd just been hit in the head with a f**king corner of the door. And then I stood up and then you f**king clock me.'
'I was trying to escape from a room where Johnny was attacking me,' Heard protests as the recording is paused.
'And in order to escape, I was trying to get onto the other side of the door attempting to close the door and he was attempting to get in, despite my attempts to try and escape an assault.'
Attorney Blair Berk, representing Depp, asks Heard repeatedly if she ever hit the father-of-two – and if she didn't, why apologize?
But Heard denies being the aggressor during their toxic 18-month marriage and says the tape 'misrepresents what actually happened'.
'I'm trying to keep him out of, and then he runs the door over my toes trying to get into the room,' she goes on. 'I tried to push him out of it, which is what the hit is that is referred to.
'And Johnny, whenever he was hit or touched at all, referred to it in these ways of punching or clocked or whatever.
Despite her denials, Depp's supporters say the audio is just one of several taped 'confessions' that proves Heard was the domestic abuser throughout the doomed union, contrary to her claims.
'Whatever Amber Heard is eating in her August 13, 2016 deposition, it is certainly not truth serum,' Depp's attorney Adam Waldman said of the newly-emerged video footage. 'And she ignores the fact that bathroom doors open in, not out.'
Waldman told DailyMail.com: 'We have assembled a giant, ever-growing body of evidence to expose her ever-growing abuse allegations as a hoax.
'But our star witness turns out to be the serially violent Amber Heard herself, perjuring remorselessly in a sworn 2016 video deposition that we've just obtained, and then exposing her diabolical lies with her own friends and employees' testimony, subsequently discovered audio recordings, text messages, CCTV footage, TV appearances, multiple frauds, attempts to suborn perjury and documented abuse of others.'
A spokesman for Heard's legal team hit back, however, saying: 'Ms. Heard's testimony is clear that, in the incident described, she was attempting to escape an assault at the hands of Mr. Depp.
'It is unfortunately common for men who have committed domestic abuse to present themselves as the 'victim' when nothing could be further from the truth.'
Depp and Heard met on the set of The Rum Diary, back in 2011 and married in February 2015.
However they split less than two years later when Heard filed for divorce and obtained a temporary restraining order against Depp for allegedly beating her up, an accusation he has repeatedly denied.
Amid a torrent of headlines and blood-curdling allegations, the pair agreed to a $7 million divorce settlement in August 2016 - which Heard says she donated to charity.
However their back-and-forth feud reignited when she wrote in her December 2018 op-ed: 'I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture's wrath for women who speak out.'
The article didn't mention Depp by name but he sued regardless, arguing he was the victim of an 'elaborate hoax' instigated by Heard to generate positive publicity and advance her career.
Heard responded with a lurid 300-page filing of her own, cataloging the 'horrific' abuse she claimed to have suffered at Depp's hands, describing him as 'the monster' and recalling many of the allegations she made during their divorce.
The case is due to be heard in August.
5. She announced to her Twitter followers she was having to spend time apart from her new boyfriend as she self-isolates during the coronavirus pandemic. But it seems that Pose star Angelica Ross may now be social distancing herself from her man for a completely different reason.
Following her tweet, the transgender rights activist and actress learned her new beau already has a fiancee and a son.
On Wednesday, Ross, 39, tweeted photos of her looking happy with her boyfriend and wrote: 'Finally found him and have to distance myself from him .. an early test we’re committed to passing, I miss you B ❣️.'
On Thursday, she gave an update on Twitter, sharing: 'The internet is AMAZING. I’ve been talking to the mother of his son and fiancé (sic) all morning. #PlotTwist!'
She then retweeted a summary of her situation tweeted by a fan Andrew Roby, confirming the summary was accurate.
Roby explained: 'For those who don't get it. Queen Angelica found this man and was dating. She posted this on Twitter and we all REJOICED in excitement. Twitter FBI probably saw the tweet and told Angelica this man has a kid and is engaged. Angelica was talking to his fiancé all morning."
'Basically,' Ross said as she retweeted Roby.
She then teased her fans, tweeting: 'Think I might just spill the full tea on my IG live tonight. With a bottle of...[insert sponsored drink].'

Amber Heard is a serial abuser
Okay, I’m getting increasingly mad. Why are there all of a sudden people saying “the supposed evidence proving Johnny Depp is innocent/Amber the abuser turned out to be false” WHEN? WHERE? HOW?
what sort of b ullsh it is that? the photos of his injuries, the surveillance footage, the testimonies of the building staff and the A-list Hollywood stylist Samantha McMillen and other witnesses, all of that is very real.
And in any case, there was no way anything could have turned out to be false yet, because 1. johnny filed 2. amber responded 3. johnny responded 4. amber responded. Standard procedure of them just filing claims. this week there is a conference that as I understand should determine what happens next (if there is going to be a trial, if it’s gonna get moved to California etc). Nothing else has happend yet.
Oh do you mean the claims in Amber’s responses? Key word: CLAIMS. Nothing SHE said was ever proven, in fact all the evidence she used, was already used in 2016 and her restraining order (at that time a temporary one) was dismissed with prejudice (she c a n n o t refile for a RO against him).
And let me tell you something, the clips of her deposition that she released to the media where she talks about Johnny allegedly abusing her - that’s the 2016 deposition that was followed by her case being DISMISSED. So if any of the stuff she said in it was real or supported by evidence, why was it dismissed? And by the way, she kept avoiding giving that deposition. It was Johnny’s team that kept accommodating to her and insisted that she sit for it.
And no, it does not prove Johnny abused her. It’s just her talking. None of that is supported by evidence or witnesses. She literally released a few short clips in which she talks about her claims, but left out the remaining HOURS of footage. See, the rest of that deposition is what Johnny is using AGAINTS HER.
Those of you who took the bait and believe that she only hit him once to protect her sister, I feel genuinely sorry that you let her manipulate you like that. She perjured herself by saying that in her response to the lawsuit. Because in the deposition, she admits to other things. And fair enough you could say that was self-defense too, EXCEPT she didn’t mention it at all in her 2019 filing. She completely ignored this:
and here, “I don’t know what has HIT him” in other words, she threw so many things she can’t tell which of those objects actually hit him.
And this “ WHENEVER he was hit” and then she goes on to say he was dramatic about her hitting him. what sort of traumatized abuse victim would say that?
And this, where they played an AUDIO of her and Johnny talking about Johnny hiding in the bathroom from her, in the end he opened the door, accidentally scraping her toes, he knealed down to check and she HIT HIM WITH THE DOOR in the head and then punched him. And on that TAPE, she does not say it didn’t happen the way he described, all she said was she didn’t mean to hit him with the door, but she meant to punch him in the jaw. How is this defending her sister who wasn’t even present?
By the way, her sister was not listed as a witness and never gave testimony to that incident. There is however a witness to that day, and Johnny was not threatening anyone. Remember the thing she did to his finger? well the “defending her sister” incident was weeks after the bottle throwing. his hand was literally in a cast. And she did this, as per eye-witness account:
THIS is the famous “only hit him once to protect her sister”. The sister who never testified. However a witness did testify to Amber SPITTING on Johnny, throwing a can at him, a purse, and then PUNCHING HIM before he left. And I must repeat, HIS HAND WAS IN A CAST because of this:
Of course then there’s the pathetic attempt to say Johnny perjured himself by lying... I guess all of you saw that headline and thought that meant something huh? without even checking what it is about. So let me tell you: she did NOT react to his claims that she abused him. She did not say he’s lying about that or about her admission. Her “perjury” claims are only about May 2016 where police was called twice to their place - with Johnny being long gone. Her friend IO said he called the police right away when Johnny and Amber were arguing and he heard them over the phone. Except the police call logs show that a person with his name called an hour and half later, with Johnny being seen leaving the building at 8:30 pm. Johnny is questioning Io’s claims he called “right away”. So now Amber is saying there was an earlier call and the police came at like 9:20pm, so she said Johnny is lying about police coming only at 10pm. But he never said there was only ONE visit. In fact, the first responding police officers from 9pm are in his filling say they saw no injuries or property damage and that weeks later they were informed there was another visit at 10 pm with the same findings. (I repeat, Johnny was long gone by then). What Johnny was saying is: IO lied about WHEN he called. Someone did call earlier that night, except that person didn’t give their name and Amber herself never said anything about two calls until Johnny questioned IO’s claims in his lawsuit. So no, Johnny wasn’t lying, he went by the fact that police call logs show two calls, but the earlier call was presumably not made by IO because it doesn’t give his name, which means IO was lying. That is all.
And this is already long enough, though there is so much more to say to the people who still believe Amber Heard, but I’m just gonna end on this note: SHE WAS PREVIOUSLY ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. She then lied and accused the arresting officers of homophobia and misogyny... but the cop was a lesbian gay rights activist. Oh, Tasya said it was blown out of proportion? Yeah a statement like this was made in 2016. Seven years later. That proves nothing because sometimes victims forgive their abusers and even defend them. when it happend in 2009, she ASKED for the arrest and showed the cops her broken pendant that Amber destroyed.
And, in official court declaration, Johnny has stated his team has interviewed other WOMEN who claim they have been abused by Amber. Fair enough, it’s just a claim, there was no testimony released yet. However, just think about it, if Amber made a claim her team interviewed his past girfriends and some claimed he abused them (which NEVER happend, some of her stans like to say “but he was abusive in the past” and when you ask them who did he abuse, they don’t respond or make things up, but never provide a single evidence he ever hurt any of his ex-partners, so let’s not even go there okay? his exes DEFENDED HIM right after the allegations were made), would you wait till you read a testimony or would you believe her word? I’m pretty sure it’s the latter. So let’s quit the double standards.
So please, if you want to wait till there is an official verdict, however long it takes, by all means. That’s okay. But STOP SAYING HIS EVIDENCE WAS PROVEN FAKE. That is absolutely not true. Stop finding excuses for Amber being innocent by accusing two dozens of witnesses of not existing or lying for him, stop making nonsense claims the evidence is not real.
