Happy Christmas you beautiful Jikookers 🎄

However you celebrate I hope you are able to spend it with the ones you love.

I am lucky enough to have my daughter and her boyfriend with me this year so it's a good one this year. Our trip to Harry Potter studios London on Saturday brought the Christmas spirit alive with the whole place decorated for Christmas. Plus I got to stand where Jimin stood and take a picture at the exact same spot in Gringotts bank, such a simple thing but it bought me such joy 😊.

I will also take this chance to wish you all a Happy New Year.

Personally I will be happy to see the back of this year, it has been a shitty one. 2025 is a year of firsts for me and the year I really am going to make sure i start to do the things I want to do and that make me happy.

Keep your eyes out this morning for the prat in a Poundstretcher red tracksuit who's left loads of paddles up during the night on the Canal between Edinburgh and Falkirk.

His barge is now wedged across the canal after one too many glasses of brandy. Doesn't think he has to pick up his reindeer poo on the towpath either - bloody entitled behaviour.

No doubt when he gets off the mud he'll be looking for a lock landing to dump his boat on for the next 364 days.

shame makes me want to keep quiet and not speak about my feelings but I’m trying hard to let this pattern go. I am journaling, recording voice notes about my feelings. I am speaking to friends more honestly. I am singing more. I feel more free knowing I am expressing my feelings, they’re not just locked up inside of me festering.
