merry early christmas and happy holidays!

soo this is jedediah is a christmas ornament. i wanted to post it exactly on christmas day but i'm really excited to show it so i decided to do it now.

a little bonus and some of my ideas based on this concept under the cut :3

i have three aus based on this concept:

christmas ornament!jedediah and nutcracker!octavius.

the basic natm setting, but jedediah wasn't initially a museum exhibit and instead was a christmas tree toy that was hung on a museum christmas tree. he came to life along with other exhibits.

somewhat like a human au, in which octavius is a human and jed is a christmas ornament. he bought jed, who comes to life at night, in an old vintage shop, and hung him on his christmas tree. jed comes to life right on the first night.

let me know if someone got interested in any of those ideas <3

Jedtavius AU because why not

It's set before the first movie and tension the museum has recently started coming to life, so everyone is exploring. Of course, the hall of miniatures is an absolute trainwreck given the number of people and chaos is literally everywhere. Eventually, both doing their best to avoid conflict, Jed and Octavius meet each other in another part of the museum and actually hit it off as friends. Anyway, back in the hall something happens and the Romans and cowboys start fighting. Sun rises and everybody is put back in place, but that night everyone is PISSED and tensions are really rising, prompting the leaders to go to war for the sake of their people. The main plot then revolves around Jed and Octavius attempting to calm everyone else down and stop the fighting all while coping with their increasingly romantic feelings for each other.

(Also I'm sorry this took me an extra day to do)

Natm au idea:

Because of some weird magic, everyone is sent back to their times. But they have all the memories of being in the museum. Those who were alive around the same time desperately try to find each other, those alive thousands of years apart have to deal with loosing their best friends/ loves (jedtavius angst alert). Ahk knows that it’s HIS tablet that caused all this so he tries to figure out what happened and a way to get everyone back together again. And because everyone had the memories of the museum and thus, the future, they’re able to change the course of history by avoiding their deaths or inventing things early etc.
