OH SO THIS POST HAS BEEN HIDING IN MY DRAFTs. I was wondering where the fuck it was. this is like, from months ago now. Her name is Eli. Their last name is Oppinhower.

OKAY listing their names before I forget:

---- Eleanor? Ellen? Ella? ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY was Eleanor Shellstrop for five seconds in the context of the afterlife with Michael showing her alternate versions of her life then turned into someone else. Definitely starts with an E and an L but it’s shorter than Eleanor. I think it was Ella. or Elle? El-something. Looked like me but with longer hair, aka, white, dirty blonde, blue eyes. Me but I lived alone in some Fallout 4 house.

Being faceblind does not protect you from vampires, which is good to know but also sucks. I could have gotten lucky! also it doesn’t matter if you don’t meet their eyes. They have to look into yours, and the enchantment is set. You can avoid it if your eyes are closed, but wearing sunglasses or other things to hide your eyes has no affect. I don’t know if they would be able to control blind people or people who don’t have eyes. It’s probably an intent-psychological-driven thing on their end so they probably could if they were good at twisting their thoughts. So most of the time you’d be safe if you kept your eyes closed but not if the vampire in question is good enough at magic. Most of them are probably too lazy to bother. So mostly you can close your eyes and be safe.

---- Jace. Because I guess he had to have the most stereotypical name ever. But the good news is Jace isn’t his real name, that’s just the name he told me so no one questions him. What is his real name? I don’t know. Probably some kind of rock. Black hair, pale white skin, same kind of striking eye color the rest of his family has. Don’t know the exact color since I was very faceblind in this dream. He was taller than me but not but a lot. Like, a few inches or so. Broad shoulders, not skinny.

---- Peridot Oppin-something. Oppinour? I think it was Oppinour. So I’m assuming that’s all of their last name, since they were all one giant family. Very tall. Taller than Jace. Her hair is dyed silvery green. Always wears a mask because she’s nice that way. Has a bunch of different masks of differing ages, styles, and materials, but always has silver and pale green around the edges so the thralls can recognize her.

All the vampires except the Matriarch and Patriarch are siblings, since they functioned like a wolf pack, except they just never leave. Or maybe they do leave, but they age SO slowly that it would take a dozen human lifetimes for them to be sexually mature and ready to start their own family. Probably that.

These vampires feed off of specifically human life energy, and don’t normally drink blood, though they can and do, because it tastes good and gives them a boost of energy, though it (obviously) has its downsides for their thralls.

Once a vampire is old enough (appearance wise, they’d look to be in their twenties if they were human, though they’re DEFINITELY much older), they venture out from their family’s home to find themselves a thrall. Thralls are humans who are permanently/consecutively enchanted by a vampire.

Thralls are slaves. There is no discussion. They are slaves. They are brainwashed enchanted slaves.
