Itlina's prophecy has come true!

I'm surprised that video bloggers who call themselves experts in the lore of the Witcher saga claim that Itlina's prophecy did'n come true, although the text of the book directly says that the great gates were opened and the elves left the continent? Did everyone really miss this moment or are they just repeating/stealing each other's text?
