I just want to hear that it's okay. If I ever made you feel insignificant, I'm sorry.

I, too, have felt that way and I was so hurt by being ignored, mistaken, and forgotten. I yearned to hear an apology and closure. As I age and mature, I've come to accept the apologies unsaid and in my heart, I have forgiven everyone who has affected me negatively. If all the unsaid apologies weren't forgiven, I would be the same broken seventeen year old girl who was bitter, hurt, and angry from everyone's negative deeds -- big or small. Let the past never hold you from moving on with your life. If you are still hanging on to the end of the rope with your decision to tie a knot and hold on, maybe the best thing to do is to just let go and be confident where you land because someone somewhere will help pick you back up. :)
