Not making claims but there's actively no reason to hack the internet archives unless you got some incentive. As always "piracy" has yet to be proven as a negative but I assure you in my headcannon at best, with all the shit Nintendo's been doing, they probably likely maybe put some dollary doos into it.

They really do come off as sore losers who only want to attack others as is, but essentially threatening an emulator dev lead into closing shop might as well be top of the list for reasons to believe as much.

Might as well meme about it as hard as possible regardless, sincerely.
