Orphaned Soft Sub!Cap x Dom!Bucky Ao3 Masterlist

70+ Delightful Trope Bombs That Someone Left Behind

As a relatively new stevebucky (post-2017), I’ve spent a lot of time catching up on a decade of fanfiction. 

One of the things that caught my attention on Ao3 was a series (several series, and one-shots too) of extremely soft and EXTREMELY similar Sub!Cap Steve x Dom!Bucky fics that had been orphaned (ca. late 2017). Digging deeper, I found 70+ of these fics that appear to be all by the same orphan account. All of them feature the same #Adorable Steve Rogers (who ‘mewls’) with #Possessive Bucky Barnes (who ‘growls’) pairing, with the defining feature of a light dom/sub dynamic... and they are positively rife with everyone’s favorite guilty pleasure tropes.

While I have since done some research and learned the author’s pseud/tumblr, they clearly do not wish to be identified (and are inactive in the fandom). Still, since orphaned fics cannot be searched/grouped on Ao3, I took it upon myself to assemble a masterlist of these absolute trope bombs. Many of these you have probably read already. Enjoy!
