On January 18, Bollywood Hungama reported that as per The Economic Times, Akshay Kumar’s Cape of Good Films LLP, T-Series, Maddock Films, Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP and K C Bokadia’s Lions Films Private Limited have submitted bids for the development of phase-1 of the Film City. The bids were submitted after the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA)’s invitation. Meanwhile, another article, published in the Times of India stated that Maddock Films, Cape of Good Films LLP, and others have formed a consortium, Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited, to execute the project.

There was a fresh update on this front very recently. It has come to light that Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP emerged as the highest bidder for the ambitious project. The company, as per reports, is a joint venture between Boney Kapoor, Parmesh Construction Company Limited (Bhutani Group) and Noida Cyberpark Private Limited.
Some days ago, a report in The Indian Express stated that on Saturday, January 27, Bayview Projects LLP, Lions Films Private Limited, Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited and T-Series made presentations for the project and were technically qualified for the final stage of the selection process. As per YEIDA, the companies specially focussed on their vision for the Film City, concept, timeline for the completion of the project etc.
Pictures on the internet show Boney Kapoor present at the meeting while Akshay Kumar was a part of it virtually.
Another article in The Indian Express stated that Bayview Projects LLP agreed to provide YEIDA with an 18% gross revenue share, which was the highest offer among all the bidders. Lions Films Private Limited offered a gross revenue share of 15.12% while Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited and T-Series offered a revenue share of 10.80% and 5.27% respectively.
The Film City, which will entail an investment of Rs. 10,000 crores, will be constructed on a land of 1,000 acres and the first phase comprises 230 acres. The 1,000-acre site includes 740 acres for filming, 40 acres for film institutes, 120 acres for an amusement park and retail, and the balance 100 acres for commercial use. It also mentions that media industry offices, theme park, hotel, retail stores and an F&B hub will also be housed in the Film City.
Rajiv Arora, general manager and chief financial officer of Boney Kapoor’s firm Bayview, was quoted in an article in the Hindustan Times saying, “We will start work at the site as soon as the government hands over the 230 acres. We have already prepared our detailed strategy. We will invest Rs. 1,500 crores in this project and develop it in a manner so that we can provide everything related to films like artists, technology and studios. One can make an entire film under one roof with ease here once it is developed.”

As we all now UP state has a operational length of about 1225 km and unconstruction is about 1974 km. Ganga Expressway
Ganga Expressway is an upcoming expressway in the state of UP. Its 602 km a 6 lane wide green field project and will connect Meerut and Prayagraj all together. To improve connectivity in UP its was conceived as important project. It is divided in two phases and will be one of the longest expressway when completed. It will pass through a number of districts between Meerut and Prayagraj. The land has been aquired and tenders has already been floated and construction is going in full swing and its slated to be completed by 2025.
Lucknow Kanpur Expressway
Lucknow Kanpur Expressway is an Upcoming Expressway in the state of UP. Its an 62 km long 6 lane wide access controlled green field project. The project cost is approximately 15000 crores. With this expressway distance between lucknow and kanpur will be reduced drastically. It will make people commute easier as distance will be reduced and improves city atmosphere. It will run parallel to the existing NH-27. The land acquisition has been done and tenders has been floated and construction is in full swing and slated to be completed by 2024.
Bundelkhand Expressway
Bundelkhand Expressway is an upcoming expressway in the state of UP. Its an295 km long 4 lane wide access controlled green field project. Its will helps to connect the national capital with the backward regions of the Bundelkhand through agra lucknow expressway and further with yamuna expressway. The staring point is Chitrakoot and ending point is Etawah. It will passes through several districts like Chitakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Auriya, Etawah. It will bring prosperity for the people of Bundelkhand and provide employment to the youth. Several industrial corridors and manufacturing hubs are planned there with an intent to stimulate industrial development. It slated to be open by 2022.

The Ganga Expressway is a large greenfield highway project in Uttar Pradesh (UP). The Ganga Expressway's first phase would connect Bijauli village in Meerut district to Judapur Dandu village in Prayagraj district. The project is expected to be finished by 2024, according to the state administration.

The whole Ganga Expressway project is being created using the DBFOT Public-Private Partnership model (PPP). The DBFOT model, which stands for Develop, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer, is a very effective approach used for infrastructure project development across the world. 
The Ganga Expressway project is being constructed with a comprehensive view of the entire development of the associated regions in mind. 
The Ganga Expressway's main characteristics are as follows:
At Shahjahanpur, an airfield (3.5 km long) will be erected on the highway so that Air Force planes may land and take off in an emergency. The Ganga Expressway will have the main toll plazas in Meerut and Prayagraj. 
There will be 12 additional ramp toll plazas in addition to the main toll plazas. 
An airfield at Shahjahanpur is being built to give air connection to the Ganga highway. 
For the time being, two bridges are planned along the route. A 960-metre-long bridge across the Ganga River is proposed, as is a 720-metre -long bridge across the Ramganga. 
Along the Ganga Expressway, 18 flyovers and eight highways over bridges will be created.
Approximately 93% of the land for the Ganga Expressway project has already been secured. 
The bidder will be selected for a term of 30 years. 
Industrial clusters will be designated at strategic locations along the Ganga Expressway. 
The Ganga Expressway will connect to the Purvanchal Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway, and the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. The Ganga Expressway would also provide direct access to the national capital from eastern Uttar Pradesh.
Ganga Expressway will connect Garhmukteshwar of Hapur via Martyrs Memorial in Meerut. After this, the next node will be Bulandshahr, where the proposed industrial corridor is to be built. After Bulandshahar, the Ganga expressway will pass through Amroha and will facilitate access to the famous Vasudev temple.
After Amroha, the Ganga expressway will be connected to the Kailadevi temple of Sambhal. After Sambhal, the Ganga expressway will reach Badaun, where it will connect to the Industrial Corridor, as well as to Hanumant Dham.
Ganga Expressway will also reduce the distance between Meerut and Prayagraj. The journey of more than 11 hours will be completed in 8 hours through this. Along with this, the pace of business and economic activities will also increase.
The maximum speed limit on the Ganga Expressway has been set at 120 km/h, and there will be two major toll plazas. Thus far, 94% of the expressway's land has been acquired. Another bridge will be erected at Garhmukteshwar to allow people to travel from neighbouring districts such as Hapur and Bulandshahr. 
The Ganga Expressway is anticipated to stimulate industrial growth, trade, agriculture, and tourism, among other things. This will help bolster the region's socioeconomic growth. When completed, the Ganga Expressway would be the state's longest motorway, linking the state's western and eastern areas.
