yay practice!!! we didn't get to do sports this school year as everything was online bec of the pandemic and i HATE it bec i miss running (im a baseball/softball enthusiast but track is what i started and kept at aaaa). how'd your training go today?? 😺 are you guys still in the training/prep months or did your games start already?

It was good!!! Thank you for asking lmao 🥰 We hit off of a pitching machine today, so that was fun. Took me a little to adjust to the speed but I eventually got used to it and was able to hit some dingers frfr. I also slid a bunch so now my leg is a bit sore 😅 Our first official game is actually next week which is weird compared to a normal season. Bc of covid and stuff our season was pushed back by a lot, so we won’t be playing as many games as we usually would. But I look forward to falling in love with the sport again and to improve even more
