This will assure those employing the services of these professionals that they are dealing with persons of verified capability. This addresses a crying need in our field and will definitely enhance the overall level of our industry. With this in mind three certification programs have already been launched
ICP-Cleanroom-Level1 was launched in March '14 with a 4 day intensive program open to all professionals in clean-rooms, who have been in the field for at least a year. The program comprised of course materials given as downloads 1 week prior to commencement. Features: •21 hours of classroom instruction •4 hours of ‘hands on’•2hours open book exam.
The program is a primer to familiarize the delegates with:•ISO and relevant standards •Filtration, filter testing and cleanroom testing •Air distribution and air flow patterns •Airlocks, pressure gradients & air changes •Cleanroom protocols, gowning, cleaning & disinfection.
Over the last two years over 80 delegates have achieved Level 1 certification from courses conducted in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad & Chennai. These delegates are from diverse groups: Filter manufacturers, pharmaceutical user group, consultants, hospital user group, cleanroom validators, HVAC designers & others from across the country.
ICP-AC Design Level 1 was launched in July ’15 in Bengaluru. This comprises 11day course in 3 modules spread over 3 months. This program offers all HVAC&R personnel the opportunity to enhance their skill set, while ensuring an industry wide standardization of project competency. This is an entry level program, and anyone interested in HVAC & R industry, whether novice or experienced, can sign up.
The 3 modules cover basics of psychrometry & heat load, overview of equipment, duct design with equal friction method, air distribution for constant volume mixing air systems, duct & pipe Insulation, basics of water piping & refrigerant piping. The course was then repeated in Mumbai & New Delhi.
ICP-AC Service Level 1 This certification is for HVAC&R service professionals. Level 1 will have two modules held on two consecutive days, requiring a total time commitment of four days. Both modules must be attended to qualify for the examination which will be conducted at the end of the second module. The course covers Customer Service-soft skills, theory subjects covering ac systems, refrigeration cycle,psychrometrics, refrigeration components and controls, oils, refrigerants, good installation practices , trouble shooting. AC Plant Maintenance, Pressure testing, leak detection, vacuuming and practical demonstration followed by exam.
This course has been conducted in Bengaluru, Mumbai & Kolkata.

If your annual turnover is above than 20 crores, then you can apply for Fssai Central License in India. Fssai Central License is issued by the Central Government.
