not sure exactly what i did this morning when i sat up by my shoulder kinda rolled out again, not nearly as bad and seemingly without further injury so i'll still count the overall healing progress as good. i just wish i knew why so i knew where to focus
it seems like it doesn't like to be extended forward while in internal rotation, but i'm not sure what i should be targeting to fill that gap?
#I've primarily done grip stuff in external wrist rotation but neutral upper arm rotation#so that I can work that upper end of the bicep#and that's definitely the point of failure for sure#but how do i lock in that arm more#maybe just working on the rotator cuff in general?#eh whatever i'll figure it out#or my arm will fall off#either way it won't be my problem anymore#m
