not sure exactly what i did this morning when i sat up by my shoulder kinda rolled out again, not nearly as bad and seemingly without further injury so i'll still count the overall healing progress as good. i just wish i knew why so i knew where to focus
it seems like it doesn't like to be extended forward while in internal rotation, but i'm not sure what i should be targeting to fill that gap?
