I'm trying to submit but its giving the error of "missing tumblog_user_ID" ?

Tumblr app submissions have died and support had no solutions, you have to use a browser to submit photos one at a time, join our Discord and dump your photos there, or e-mail them to me at submissions@shiftythrifting.com for the moment. You can also attach images to asks, but it's not ideal because it just makes one giant line of photos that we can't edit.

The team is having to manually queue a lot of things now, and I miss when the app worked.
