Ian's type of friends are straight women, so he can yap about his dream kids and white picket fence house all he wants and he gets his fill of bitchy mean gossip.

I can just imagine Mickey nonchalantly hitting it off with Cole after decking him in the face and Cole being like "omg remember when you punched me in the face ohmygawd and now we're besties!!!!! sister girl✨" and Mickey's face is the most disgusted he's ever looked but still seeks Cole out cause they're actually besties now. So many headcanons with this. Cole teaches him slang and Mickey couldn't care less but some of it is randomly seeping through his Vocab and Ian just cannot believe this is happening.
