Everytime someone asks "why are people working 12hr+ shifts?" I just keep thinking I once worked Winter Break as the sole RA and had to beg HDoC to let me have ONE FULL SHIFT off and also had a supervisor be an asshole to me due to miscommunication when I was starving, had nothing to eat that day, and just wanted a plate of mac before the dining hall closed to RAs during training.

I don't think Housing cared.

#poating as a seperate post because technically it was only a month and once #I've done a 72hr on-call once or twice but that was covering #I think one was covering for someone who got trapped at her house during Christmas due to surprise! snow!#I know someone did a 72 for 24th through 26th #but uh yeah never become an RA when you're homeless #resident assistant
