Still hard to talk about that. It’s still hard to even bring herself to think about it when it’s not actively happening, instead she squashes it down in a very healthy and not at all worrying way. “Even then, it’s like… I dunno.”

“Obviously Eli’s literally an angel. But he’s also, like, the metaphorical definition of one too. He deserves the freaking world, deserves a whole lot more than the shit he got from Heaven and his siblings. Except Rae, that is. She’s awesome too.” Aware that she’s beginning to ramble, Tyler looks a little sheepish. Such sincerity without jokes is difficult for her to manage, but once she starts, it all gets blurted out in a bad case of word vomit.
