Like ok but here's the thing: growth is painful. Growth has been painful for as long as you've been alive to grow. The moment you were born you gained access to all these new senses - smell! touch! taste! sight! - but you also became capable of experiencing hunger, tiredness, pain. It's always going to be more comfortable sticking to the thing you know is safe. But that thing you know is safe is too small to hold you forever, and you have to come out.
