Turning background characters into ocs is fun since they have a design that can be used as a basis. And background character designs in FOP are so interesting to me. One of them has a literal wand on their head and it's the only thing I could focus on in the frame they were in.

Special mention to anti-fairy #5 in the first group who says "Wow, look at all that bad luck!" I think she looks cute and I turned her into my fop OC at this point.
