The writers and David Ajala did such a good job with Book that even when he's completely in the wrong, doing something terrible, and putting Michael in a horrible position I still love him so much, and that never wavers for a second. There's a lot of characters on this show that the things they say to or about Michael or the positions they put her in, years later I am still mad at them about it. But you always empathize and understand where Book is coming from and love him even if he's wrong and incredibly frustrating

#i get why saru's threat ganglia came out around michael but it still pisses me off #I've already made the post about how tilly telling saru he should report michael to vance made me stop liking her #i do love ash now but i was pissed off at him for years for the way he accused michael of backing off the relationship #vance has grown on me quite a bit but i fucking hated him in season 3 #and i rillak has also grown on me but i hated her questioning michael's readiness to captain #but book? i get frustrated with him yeah but i could never hate him #cleveland booker #dsc
