Another day another otherwise lovely Arcane fic that has the characters saying/thinking "Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun" instead of "the undercity" pre-season 2 (or even pre-canon) despite the fact that none of the Zaunite characters younger than Silco or Vander actually call it that until season 2

#arcane #pet peeve #Jayce introduces Viktor in that last meeting as “my partner and a Zaunite” and Viktor STILL says “the undercity's independence”#so many fics with an otherwise perfect Viktor voice that have him going Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun Zaun #and don't even get me started on Piltover characters doing it why would ANY of them say Zaun #and I'm not talking about perfect world fluff fics there it makes sense #I'm talking about fics where it's otherwise adhering to canon #viktor #tagging him because it happens most often with him #but ALSO:#mel medarda #jayce talis #caitlyn kiramman #heimerdinger #?????#that oblivious gerbil?????
