I just...

I've been listening to Ghost since the P2/Secondo/Infestissumam era. Monstrance Clock was my first song (and is still one of my top favorites) and I even discovered it right here on Tumblr back in...god, when was it? 2014?

But it was during Cardi's era that I truly fell in love with the whole concept of the band properly. Back in 2018, when Prequelle first released, same time as when I had just discovered Mélovin and he still had his more traditionally goth aesthetic, and for a moment, I really had hope of things getting better.

(I haven't felt hope like that since then, but maybe...?)

Words can't describe how it feels to have seen this one Satanic Catholic aesthetic band really evolve, become something bigger, to see how this one little Swedish man in a mask and facepaint changed so many just because he had an idea for a rock opera.

And now look at where everyone is now.
