Ford almost exclusively tops for most of his life, with Stanley at least. As far as bottom Stanley, Stanley's almost always submitted to his brother: Ford knows best, better than Stan, his dumb, sweaty clone. But this is Ford, his family, his brother he gave his life for in more ways than one, that he worked so hard for every day of his life. And he wants a reward, to be treated like it mattered, Stan's spent so long trying to take care of Ford, look out for him, save him, he just wants Ford to want to take care of him back. And Ford does, for some miraculous fucking reason he does.

But Ford has to actively remember to not let his throat tighten during sex because he gets squeaky - Stan makes him give up that pretty quickly tho. Meanwhile Stan's smoked Everything so above a certain octave his voice just Stops so he's either huffing and groaning or it looks like his mouth is just hanging open because his throat just won't do the high noises the sex demands.
