#I'm so tired. Like I understand journalistic integrity and not wanting to misreport facts

There really is something so heinous about the news media continuing to say “Both Ukraine and Russia blame each other” about the Kakhovka Dam. Like I understand that they have journalistic standards blah blah blah need concrete unbiased proof (whatever that means) blah blah blah but there’s only so many times you can say “Both sides blame each other” when: a) it is VERY clear who benefits from that dam blowing and multiple experts have pointed this out b) it is such a known Russian tactic that I, someone with casual passerby knowledge of Russian military history, KNOW that salting the earth and bombarding civilians is something they have done before and continue to do c) it would be extremely out of character for Ukraine to do something that so thoroughly screws themselves over in the short and long term d) there are now reports of Russian troops firing on civilians fleeing the flood vs the Ukrainian response of frantically saving everyone they possibly can and finally e) When talking about this invasion Ukraine has been generally truthful and Russia couldn’t say good morning without lying twice & our news media know this!
