I really hope season 3 touches on Octavia's isolation and how that's likely feeding into her misunderstandings. Stolas was the only consistently positive relationship Octavia had. Might be the only person she loves. Stolas is kinda her entire world and for her that's always been enough. As warped as it is, it makes sense to me that she's bothered when the reverse doesn't appear true to her - Why does her Dad need to love other people? Why isn't she alone enough for him? So I would really like it if some focus was put on showing Octavia that having the sum of all her positive relationships focused on one person, even if that person is her father, isn't healthy. That she not only can, but should have other people in her life who she loves and needs, and see for herself that it doesn't take away any of the love she has for Stolas, just like none of his love for her is lessened by loving others. And, of course, I would love love love if the vehicle for this realization is her bonding with Loona and/or Blitz.
