Pretty sure that "you clearly have feelings for her" bit is from the hospital waiting room scene we have seen bts pics of. The one without Marjan. I *really* hope Nancy isn't talking about her.

If that hospital scene is really them waiting for news about Marjan, then Nancy and Mateo better just be chatting about someone/something else that happened elsewhere in the episode, cause if they're trying to go with a Mateo/Marjan angle here...
