As much as it looks like Kevin is on the brink of giving into the pull of letting Cody know exactly how he feels... —

(A part of me thinks that maybe Randy's going to eventually be the one to fold first. Or, at least a lot more intensely.)

Cody, has been taking BOTH their friendships for granted recently. Albeit, they've given him reason to. Maybe not on purpose, might not even realize he's doing it (unless he's that diabolical). He's just so used to the easy friendship they share, the history they share that ties them together. Where they always have his back no matter what, even against these ruthless "savages" - the Bloodline. It's an unspoken given. An unspoken rule. One that just is.

He's always been at the center of it all. It's always been about his "story". So to share it now? All of a sudden...isn't is that too much to ask? To think about someone else now? Not just to have a one-track mind set that only focuses on his, mine, and me. What he's used to. What he's been told. What he's been experiencing and living...

He needs a wake up call. There are other people involved. There are other people with feelings and emotions. There are other people with stories and lore that go back far longer than his, more personal and intimately than his...
