so the more I develop my AU, the less I see paris as the wol and more of just a random person going through their personal journey and got entangled in the msq at large. I play them as a character I made to get through content, and they otherwise have no personal stake in the story with the scions. they don't have a love for exploring or helping others like default wol. this got me thinking

people with non-WoLs/have AUs where your oc is the standard wol: how do you do it, I'm curious

#cid.txt #yea they have the echo but they refused the call wrt hydaelyn multiple times #and with dawntrail I find myself at a crossroads bc paris has no reason to go there period #seeing how paris doesn't interact with the scions at all in my AU and getting a headache trying to make them have connections #I'm one of those people who shoves npcs aside and focus only on characters I make in the setting #not in every game mind you but the npcs of ff14 don't scratch that itch in my brain #I'm making a lot of personal posts rn because my mind is full of bees and I need to type out my thoughts
