So some thoughts about this ep from me. It's mainly about the big convo they all have before facing the boss. So some people misinterpret the conversation and think Neon, Ace and Michinaga are just being stupid for the sake of drama but I disagree. Imo Ace's point, especially when calling Keiwa entitled, is that Keiwa is implicitly expecting someone to give up their wish to save his sister. Notice that Keiwa never suggests WHO would be the distraction. To Ace the wishes are precious if they're worth fighting for. World peace may be a thing Keiwa wants but there are things more important to him, like Sarah being safe and happy. For the other three though their wishes are the things they want more than anything. Michinaga's wish to destroy all Kamen Riders is more or less his sole drive and motivator (especially when it's revealed what the method to his madness is). For Neon her wish for true love is a big drive for her as she's never actually recieved it (there is actually a reason for this but that's a later reveal THAT NO OTHER ASKS BETTER SPOIL), also just wanna add that true love would be more accurately described as genuine love, no strings attached, someone who loves Neon for who she is. As for Ace I can't say much about his wish but I'll merely say that much like Michinaga there's a reason for the wish and imo he's more driven then Michinaga, whilst also being better at manoeuvring his plans to minimise damage, as opposed to Buffa's more straight forward and bullheaded approach.
This imo is why Ace calls Keiwa entitled. Keiwa has no real personal stake in his wish, beyond just being a nice guy. World peace isn't personal to him and his life really isn't worse for not having it granted, his sister being taken is the first time he's had any kind of real personal stakes beyond his own life. Keiwa realises that Ace is right about this so it's why he chooses to be the distraction. I think part of Keiwa was hoping that someone else would offer to be a distraction because small spoiler for Geats x Revice but it turns out Keiwa has a dark side to him too and if we think by Revice standards of the dark sides Keiwa's would be cruel, selfish and self-centered and I think that part of him is what kept him from volunteering straight away.
Btw the Geats x Revice movie has been subbed but you should avoid watching it until you watch episode 16.
Yeah I completely agree that Keiwa is entitled. Ace was completely in the right with what he said, that's what makes the drama so compelling.
I'm also unsurprised that Keiwa has a dark side lmao. That's like saying the sky is blue.
