If your job involves accounting is it too much to ask for basic comprehension of mathematical values OTL
#living la vida valerie#billing is giving me hell because they keep messing up the maths#I'm literally sending identical emails that say: 42 miles x 67 cents x 5 trips#& they keep sending me authos for 86mi x 10hrs x 67 cents which you would think gives me $500 but phenomenally shows up as $50 in the end#i'm calculating distance where's the time coming from help me#It's not even math at this point I'm just confused at whatever the hell their doing and this happens every month#my fav (read: frustrating) part is when I get the Ok! I'll fix it email#which results in an amendment with..... zero changes....#and then we Take it from the Top.
