… Takahashi. I don’t even know if you wrote this script, but I blame you for the mess the finale left us w/ so I’m addressing you.

List of demands. Discussion of possible horrible V&V spoilers under cut. And by ‘discussion’ I mean I threaten people I will never meet w/ an imaginary knife.

First off. None of this ‘necessary evil’ crap bc I’m sorry. There’s nothing evil about standing up to someone like Arkland. This is treated as mbjr having sacrificed themselves for the sake of HumaGear bc humans clearly weren’t going to help them or care.

Additionally, this is not treated as something they ‘deserve’ this is not ‘and we gave them a second chance’ bc they didn’t need a second chance, they were hacked, mind controlled, and abused. They never ‘deserved’ to die, they deserved to be rescued and treated as the victims they are. Standing up to humans, calling them out, and disagreeing w/ Aruto are not divine sins. Aruto is not god.

Speaking of Aruto, he needs to shut the fuck up. I don’t want one of his bs speeches over this. I don’t want his holier than thou arrogant, insensitive jackass, selfish nonsense anywhere near this. He needs to shut the hell up and think about the ten million things he could easily have done to prevent this tragedy.

Izu doesn’t get to talk either. I’d say she should think about the ten million things she could have done to prevent this tragedy, but unfortunately, she lacks the capacity to that unless someone told her it’d benefit Aruto in some way.

Yua also needs to shut the fuck up and think about how she could have prevented this very easily. She needs to get her head out of the bucket of hypocrisy and own up to her crap and treat the Soldos w/ respect rather than trying to train them to love/think they ‘need’ humans.

Dispense w/ this ‘HumaGear need humans to have hearts’ or whatever bullcrap. They don’t need us. We can contribute, but we are not paramount to existence. They are not animals to be domesticated, they are sentient beings that deserve more respect than Aruto ever gave them.

I do not want to hear about ‘Fuwa is willing to die for Yua uwu~’ bc we covered how much he cares in the series. I’d much prefer there being an angle that Fuwa’s willing to go this far to end mbjr’s suffering bc they are victims who were forced into this position by human arrogance and failures.

Mbjr trying to suicide by Vulcan should be treated as tragic and looking for a mercy kill to end their pain, not ‘fitting punishment’ for doing something about Arkland, they should not be blamed for having to resort to using a Key that they cannot control and has a mind of it’s own bc humans couldn’t be bothered to actually do any of the stuff they claim they will. This should be a wake up call for humans that they take HumaGear and their devotion for granted, and should be treated as a tragic thing that did not need to happen, had humans actually done… Anything at all to improve, really.

Mbjr should not be blamed for what MassBrain does, they are clearly not in control, and sacrificed themselves for the Soldos the moment they used it. This is not ‘them going evil’ this is ‘they were forced to use a deadly upgrade bc humans let them down/weren’t doing anything.’ This is a tragedy that didn’t need to happen if humans actually tried to change anything or did anything or owned up to their mistakes and just gave the slightest bit of effort.

Gai needs to go to jail. I do not want to see mbjr and Fuwa go through hell bc of him, then die, only to have the bastard prance around in their home and get his own Izu to swoon over him and worship him bc we already don’t get enough of the ‘look at this cutsey waifu who exists to gaze adoring at her male master like a sexy leg lamp’ w/ Izu I guess??? Anyway, someone please take Rin away from this man, I am going to be sick. If his victims are going to go through even more suffering and then die, this man needs to face some consequences.

This needs to be a mercy kill. Not ‘destroy mbjr bc they stood up to humans again and humans equal all good in the world so they deserve to die now/they made Yua stub her toe so Fuwa goes psycho and kill them.’ Fuwa should understand better than anyone what it’s like to lose control of yourself/have it taken away from you. I know the series didn’t treat it seriously bc we don’t care about autonomy and stuff here I guess, but he should but much more sympathetic to them than Yua, or anyone else. I know Fuwa and Yua care about each other, I got that clearly from the series, and I don’t even like Yua. What I need to see is someone, and Fuwa’s the only one I trust, actually try to save them before writing them off. I know Yua’s gonna go all Aruto about ‘but your hearts uwu’ bc apparently to them ‘hearts’ means ‘loving humans,’ but I want there to be a conscious effort to actually, like, remove the belt, shut the system down, save mbjr before resorting to killing them. And it needs to be a mercy kill. Not ‘they deserve to die’ not the bull from the finale about how Horobi got to live bc he became suicidal, not any of Aruto horse shit ‘compassion.’ Realising that this is the only way to end their suffering and doing it as an act of compassion for them. And that’s Key. The compassion needs to be for them. Not ‘poor Yua uwu’ not for Aruto, not for fucking Izu. Them. Bc it’s high time someone cared about mbjr’s, eps Horobi’s, suffering. Bc I am tired of that being ignored, even by other members of mbjr.
