#Fuck it I'm taking a break from the gym this week to reassess my workout routine. I'm spending like 6-7 hours over 3 days a week at the gym#And while that definitely could work in my life rn it's very strenuous and time consuming sometimes to fit it in#Not to mention it fatigues me to go on for that long (2-2.5h a session) continuously and the recovery I need seems to be more than the time-#- that I take for 1 rest day between the workout days#I'm gonna bounce to the opposite end of the spectrum and try for a minimalist workout routine where I spens 45-60 mins a session 2-3 times-#-a week to see if I'll keep having good progress and feel more recovered between workouts
