3. A while ago I heard a head canon story about you having a half human side of you, my advance of that is that you always use jewels and crystals to create magical spells. I have never seen you use moon shadow rune magic. My question is that do you have a secret human side of you that you are ashamed of, if so there is no need to hide it, since rayla has proven her love to Callum which he is a human. Does Runaan know about this, if not I think you should tell him, you know he loves you no matter how many weird flaws you might have. As Rayla once said, "fitting is a boring".

I... change our arcanum? Not that I know of. Elves are usually born to one arcanum, and it usually stays that way for the rest of our lives, unless you're like Aaravos. *side-eyes you*

Yes! It is possibly, but very very rare. This is called amagiasis. I've yet to meet an elf with such a condition. In Moonshadow elf culture, it is unfortunately looked down upon, shamed, and stigmatized. Most Moonshadows born without a connection are usually ostracized from the community and keep to themselves. They are not ghosted though! They may remain in the village, but they are usually viewed as a burden. *sigh* I wish it weren't so. Thankfully, since it's so rare, very very few are subject to such treatment. Moonshadows are usually very community-centered and quite often look out for the disabled members of their villages. I have yet to understand why no arcanum connection is the outlier. I hear other types of elves aren't nearly as harsh as Moonshadows when it comes to elves born without an arcanum, though. Sunfires seem to be the most progressive race of elves when it comes to this topic.

Runes are hard for assassins to use while on missions: drawing them is time consuming, movement draws attention, the glowing of the runes draws attention... it's not ideal. This is why I prefer enchantments in my products. Much stealthier and efficient than runes! It is true, I'm not as strong as the others, but I also have no need to use magical runes in my life.
