I just make it 100x more intense#for funsies I've been looking into meta takes on batman's parenting and have been dissappointed that what I consider a natural conclusion#that regardless of whether batman ''really'' physically abuses the robins (which has happened in some continuities. though franchises like#this are huge so its canonicity is debateable)#that the *existence* of the robins as vigilantes at all is child endangerment#like it's treated as this great tragedy for them to be hurt in the line of duty because they're like. fourteen. and it is!#but my brother in christ who endangered the child in the first place 🤨#I went on a tangent anyway what I was trying to say is that ppl's goalpost for bad parenting is ''does he hit them'' and not#''does he ensure they're regularly exposed to violence as vigilantes''
