pretty sure that the other upstairs person fucked with the thermostat again because last night it was a little chilly but still reasonable, right now the temperature has been dropping ever since I got home despite me turning the stupid thermostat up at least four times at this point.

I'm guessing she was home mid-day and since it was nearly 50* and sunny today, the upstairs does heat up. So evidently she turned the thermostat most, if not all the way down, and I have to inch it back up in increments.
