Just pre-ordered the first volume of Sha Po Lang!!
I normally never pre-order, but god I'm so excited for this release.
#I'm being as enthusiastic as I'm able purchase wise bc I *really* want seven seas to pick up more priest works#I wanna read LY and faraway wanderers#but jumping between different translations kinda stresses me lmao#so it'd be nice if they could get picked up for official release#plus maybe just maybe if priest works start selling really well. a different publisher might someday consider TS#<<(I'm deluding myself)#I love the E Danglars translation and would just buy that hard copy if I could. but I can't#so it'd be real nice to get a licensed english release#like honestly I've fantasized about learning book binding entirely so that I can make a version of TS that I can hold in my hand. augh#also as to spl itself. I'm excited for it!!#it looks like it's probably the most similar of priest's works to TS in terms of subject and setting#but with the addition of a romance. which is interesting#I gotta get back one of these days and finish md so I can move on to a new web novel lmao#I'm SO curious to see what a different xianxia story by priest will be like#... you can tell I'm excited about something when I write 10x the length of the actual post in my tags#invasion of the frogs
